Excellent value! Additional excursions can add up, but were sooo worth it :)

From beginning to end our FAM trip through ChinaTour was excellent. All pre-trip communication was clear, concise, relevant and helpful. All questions were answered quickly. Flights were great. Meet and greet staff were cheerfully waiting right where they were supposed to be and quickly got us on our way. The agenda was packed with fun and interesting things to do and accommodations were great. Last, but not least, the guides. WOW!! Our guides were phenomenal! They were super informative, incredibly patient, beyond helpful, warm, genuine, and one, Peter, even sang to us. I would absolutely do this trip or another ChinaTour trip again in a heartbeat.

The hotels in China are superb, I leanrt some tour members complained extensively about tour guide but she had to stick to the schedule and did whatever she knows how. The hotel in Bangkok was not ideal, but it's centrally located. I wouldn't mind pay some more for an upgrade, considering how everything is so affordable in Thailand.

Great trip for price, but don't be fooled, Western China suffers with poverty and China's work camps are torture

5 star hotels, good comfortable tours. The price was great

I booked another tour with Chinatour.com The first one was to China and it was perfect! Great hotels, great tour guides, including flights and hotels and tours! Very good. I highly recommend it. I learned so much. Now, I booked another one, this time around the National Parks. So looking forward to it!

Our tour was much better than I expected. Hainan Airlines was superb, hotels were great, breakfast every morning whatever you wanted. The tour guides varied from good to very good. We saw 3 different regions of China in 8 days and were very well taken care of. The biggest surprise were the other group members - ages 30's through 80's and no complainers. It was a great group and a wonderful trip. We took 3 of the optional tours, but had plenty of time to explore by ourselves as we wanted. We found the Chinese very helpful and friendly. Very little English spoken in mainland China; glad we did a tour.

Great sites, great tour guides and great hotels. a little too much shopping and travel time.
