so i got half my order which finally …
so i got half my order which finally came in over a month, but the other two items i ordered haven’t arrived yet. i don’t doubt they will probably come at some point but i thought i’d just leave the review now. not shady, just takes a long time and items are packaged and mailed separately i guess. i don’t know how i feel though, definitely a confusing and kind of nerve-racking process. i’m really hoping my other items come though because i paid a lot for this order.

Some items in your order were pre-order pieces that require additional preparation time from the designer, which is why they have taken longer to ship than usual. We shipped the available items separately so you wouldn't have to wait for everything to be ready. However, we sincerely apologize that the process has been confusing and that we haven't communicated the updates clearly enough.
