Terrell was our server and he did a great job. He was on top of stuff. We never had a empty glass or we didn't need everything because he had it on our table. He explained everything... I will be coming back before he leaves

While watching world cup football with norway at dallas stadium we all decided to go to chillis and the lady there was heard calling us pigs and stating she would not serve norway supporters she insulted my father and my disabled friend this lady went berserk cause a young man called her mam she screamed my name is FISH we couldnt understand what was going on. bad experience

One of your managers at one of your restaurants fired a young man for calling a mentally ill non binary woman by her real name instead of her made up one so you get 1 star review and I will never be to one of your restaurants again and I hope your reviews tank because of it which…it doesn’t look like you have very for to go but you deserve it for firing a good mentally clean hard worker for some one with gender dysphoria and I hope yall go bankrupt.

Ordered the Nashville Hot wings and what came out was nothing but grease and tasteless wings. Absolutely no hot sauce whatsoever. My wife asked for hiney mustard sauce twice and it never came. Needless to say we will never be going back. Do not recommend

I don't know if they had a newbie at the helm, but our last order was a soggy with NO flavor and no care. Even the chips were rancid. We LOVE chilis burgers, but it was AWFUL!!!

For anyone looking to work here at Chili’s in Alvin, it’s a terrible choice. I tried applying here under the hiring manager, “Brandon” and they got back with me pretty soon. I went to a few interviews and I got a heads up on when I’m starting following the week before that I left my job to start at Chili’s on the following Monday. I call in just to double make sure that coming in at the right time and I’m told that I’m not in the system and that I have no position to work there. They continue to tell me that they’ll look into the issue and call me back later time after time. I kept getting the same response with every call. “You will get a call back later” I have put money into this job through certification’s I have left my current job and yet I am left here with nothing. Chili’s and Brandon will only screw you over. Do not work here.

Our waitress wasn’t very attentive, she asked for our drink order and brought them out and took our order, but after that, she never came back to check on us. We weren’t able to tell her that the food was lukewarm at best, and when she finally did come out, we told her that my brother‘s sweet tea was not sweet and she said she would be back with another one she left and was gone for more than 10 minutes. We had to get the attention of another server to see if he could locate our waitress, and when she finally showed up, she was empty-handed, wondering what we needed. I informed her that she never brought back my brother‘s sweet tea, and she looked completely lost. She then asked if she could bring it out in a to go container, started clearing the table brought back the tea through a few packets of sugar on the table and walked away now I’m not sure but I believe that lady really shouldn’t be waiting on tables so yes, we were not impressed at all. this was the Chili’s on 42nd St. in Odessa, Texas.
