We ate with you today. We love your “3 for Me” choices. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich. It was awful! The crispy coating was so hard you could break a filling! Really! He had to use a knife and fork to pry the coating off. Certainly could not be eaten as a sandwich. It was such a disappointment.

Chilis is one of our top rated local hometown restaurants. They totally outdid themselves tonight by making me a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla on corn tortillas. I have health issues that I cannot have any flour. I was so happily surprised. Ashley was a wonderful server and we truly appreciate all the staff at chilis In gainesville Texas. I would add pictures but I don’t see where to do that on this site.

My family of 6 love going to our local chilis and have dinner. We enjoy the chips and salsa warm and comforting. We just love it it’s our favorite place.

I ordered a double burger meal and barbecue strips for pickup, both of which were supposed to include fries and ranch. When I checked my meal, the ranch container was already half-empty and appeared to be reused; there was corn at the bottom of it, suggesting it may have been taken from another plate or the trash. This was incredibly unsanitary and made me feel sick to my stomach. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of hygiene regarding my order.

I don’t care if you believe me. Cheyenne and her boss added 100 more on top of My beer and food that had been paid for. Receipts available upon request just do t use my bank Info for bad stuff

I Never do reviews but I had to this time. I practically go to the restaurant on Fridays. I normally get great customer service and I usually by myself. This time it was awful. Young waitress not hearing anything. Complained about chicken being so salty and she offered mayo to adjust the taste. She took it off the bill but revised bill had a $3.00 for playing a game o kiosks. I didn't play a game. Never apologized just says it happens sometimes. I never get a receipt I just pay the bill. It makes we wonder how many people they charge accidentally. Yes I still tipped but they need to do better! Last time at chilies, very disrespectful

I always liked chili's, but the food I ordered was terrible. they weren't that busy, I can see why there not busy. The ranch dressing was like water. The eggrolls were not even cut they were whole. The crispers were swimming in sauce. I threw the crap in the garbage & went somewhere else.
