They charged me twice once at the check out bag and then again almost a week later. My cards in the negative now. Manager told me yesterday all was paid and I was good then why another charge. I called yesterday and earlier today and was told it’s all paid all is good it is in the process of shipping. This is beyond horrible and unprofessional. I want my money back from this company. I’ve spent over 1000 in a month and this is how I’m treated

Please do not order online. Customer service HORRIBLE. I ordered some clothes online for my niece and it said delivered but I never got anything. I contacted them for over 2 months and never was helped. They are keep delaying saying canada post does not have a response. WORST PLACE TO SHOP FROM. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. NEVER AGAIN. THANK GOD I DIDNT PURCHASE ALOT.

A complete failed organization IT leadership and HR Hyderabad made it horrible place of working. Higher management is sleeping and supports few employees in IT leadership who are responsible to make TCP a horrible / worst place. - A third class organization HR Hyderabad, Gurgaon is full of incapable people. - HR Team sitting in Hyderabad, Gurgaon are of no use and having no basic skills / knowledge. - They demand money from employees a big big shame. - Worst HR, admin team at Hyderabad / Gurgaon ever seen in anyone's life. - Basically there is no HR. It's group of hobo, recruited from local tea shop. - To hide IT leadership and HR failure they lay off innocent employees with no capability to provide any justification Don't higher employees and get the work done from 2-3 IT leadership people sitting in NJ office Leadership must feel proud while working with incapable team Your failure on higher management level has brought TCP shares on the same lowest level the way you've created culture / environment in the organization. You've been completely failed your IT leadership is worst in the world and HR / admin Hyderabad is a big big joke!!

I ordered my son 3 pairs of jeans for school. My package arrived today and it was 2 shirts size 7/8 that I didn't order and wouldn't even fit him and a pair of size 14 sweatpants that I didn't order. I will never shop at this place again....what a joke!!!!

I ordered $80 worth of PJs during the pandemic. As soon as I got one of the PJs I knew that they would be too small for my son. I called customer service right away for a return label and was told not to send back the return but wait for stores to open. I live in NY and stores were not opening right away. In August I went to the mall and was told their was an expiration on the return August 1st. I called customer service again to complain why was I told to wait for stores to open!! I also emailed NOT ONE WORD BACK. If children's place and Gymboree go out of business it is because of their bad customer service and return policy!!

I order from the childrens place online. The customer service is fabulous and the site has a wide array of sizes and styles

I never received my full order. I called customer service number and spoke to someone and thought i had it straightened out then i received 2 of the same items. Tried calling customer service several times after that and couldn't get a person to speak to. I will never shop online at Childrens Place ever again!!! Very disappointed .

The worst kids store, low quality clothe and terrible service in the stores, the staff is always so rude and in bad mode, they are lazy and they don't want to do their job, I had terrible experiences buying in these stores, I'm not buying in their stores no more.
