I got my 3yr old a regular order of chicken nuggets and those were the SMALLEST nuggets I have ever seen. It took her no time to eat an 8 piece. Then I decided to get her an ice cream. I would love to post the picture I took of the ice cream in a cup we got! It didn’t even cover the bottom!!! I wanted to ask them where the rest of the ice cream was!!!

Finally tried it and don't understand the hype! My food was "ok" at best and cold fries like any other fast food place. Their customer service is tops but I paid to eat not to be smiled at! If I'm going to have a cold chicken sandwich and fries I'll have it cheaper at McDonalds! Now Rutters has GREAT chicken sandwiches and they're hot every time!

(Conway Chick fil a) The service was good when they took our order. I got up to the window and paid and drove off. Got all the way home and realized I was missing an order. Had to drive all the way back to pick up the food they forgot to put in the bag. By that time my fries were cold so this is why they're getting a low score because they forget to give you all your food that you order. Need to add a way for them to check to make sure all the food is in the bag.... and this is not the first the second or the third time this has happened it happened several times

Love Love Chick-fil-A but the Midwest City location in Oklahoma has gotten my order wrong. Tonight...we ordered at closing time...drove away and we had the completely wrong order and we couldn't go back to get it fixed cause they were closed. Couldn't even eat it cause I can't eat white bread. Very disappointed tonight.
