My very first experience with Chick-fil-A was mediocre at best. Got 3 regular chicken sandwiches with extra pickles. Not sure what their definition of extra pickles is, but I got 2 or 3 shriveled thin pickle slices on each sandwich, even though the bags were marked “extra pickles”. I shouldn’t have to add my own toppings. I also ordered medium waffle fries that were only half full. Not pleased with the experience and will not waste my hard-earned money on any more of the hype. There’s other chicken sandwich places to be explored. Won’t be back.

I went to a chick-f-la in Texas which I got a Breakfast chicken bowl and it was AMAZING and then I came back to Knoxville TN and ordered that here and it was so disappointing. Let me explain how Texas bowl was. The bottom layered in potato bites, 2nd layer was eggs with cheese and chicken on top with a little more cheese. Hot cheese melted and delicious. Tennessees was 6 potatoes, a few eggs with a little bit of chicken and a pinch of cheese. We got 2 of them and it had less then the other. If I am going to pay good money for Chick food I want up to par standards. That was RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have only been to a Chick Fil maybe 6 times and only once have they gotten may order right. It not that the food is bad it just isn't the food I wanted.

Waited in a very long line finally get the order placed (the order was $40). 2 meals ordered came with a mustard sauce. When order was originally placed asked for it to be noted on the order not to forget the sauces and it was. Food was brought to us and I asked if the sauces were in the bag employee promises that the mustard sauce that is apart of 2 of the meals and the Polynesian sauce we asked for were in the bottom of the bag. Dropped the food of to my wife and her co workers and no sauces were in the bag and the food was cold. Dont waste ur time with the rufe snow location. Your better off going anywhere else!

The Chick-fil-a near me forgot the chick-fil-a sauce, fries, and the straws. There was also teenagers working at the restaurant.

Just had dinner at a Chick Fil-a here in Hyannis, MA. I have to say it wasn’t that great. We did the drive up. The fries were cold and the chicken strips were very small and they were just warm. The worst of it though was the ordering process. When we did the drive up and the hostess asked what we wanted, she spoke so fast, and in very poor English. It made it very difficult just to place the order. The young woman at the window when we paid was very nice. Spoke perfect English and was very polite. I felt as though she should have been the person taking our order. We were there at 7:45 on a Friday night, so it really wasn’t busy. I felt like we were getting the last of the leftovers for the day. Just not a good experience. Don’t think I’ll go back anytime soon. I really approve of the Chick Fil-a philosophy and their support of those in the military. I just wish the food was better.

Ate at the Myr airport today. I had a chicken biscuit for breakfast. The chicken. Was good but the biscuit was the worst I have ever eaten.

This was the first time I have ever had a less than stellar experience from a Chick-fil-a restaurant. It is also the first time I ordered through their online service for a catered item. Expected (requested) pickup time was 11:15 AM for a small hot tray of nuggets. I arrived at 11:10 and was told it would be “a couple of minutes”. So I stood at the counter, and waited. At 11:20, I still didn’t have my order and finally the manager asked if I had been helped. I explained that I was STILL waiting for my catered order. She asked to see my receipt... which I was never given by the girl on the register... so I had to show the confirmation email on my phone. She went to the back to check on my order, and returned a bit later to say it would be out “in a moment”. At 11:25, I was handed my order. No apologies. No offer for my inconvenience. And no acknowledgement of this poor service which now caused me to be late to the party I was attending. I am hoping that this was a one-time mix up, but quite frankly, I’m not sure I will ever get another catered order from this location (Sprayberry) when I have another location to choose (Lassiter).
