The fries were extra salty and the lemonade almost gave me diabetes. The chicken nuggets were unusual small and the chicken sandwich had pickles. WHO LIKES PICKLES!!!

I love The food. I was just at the Westheimer location in Houston and they’re limiting the barbecue sauce to one per meal. They would not let me purchase extra packs. I will not be eating here anymore. You can give away unlimited ketchup but the sauce is not even for sale after your one pack limited. I hope this isn’t at every location because I will be done...

When my dad ordered are food we asked for a large fries and they gave us half on the box !!! And no pickles on my sandwich

I find the robotic, disconnected and impersonal attitude of some of the staff I've encountered at chick fil-a disgusting. They're hurried, high-priced and money-hungry; serving small portions and finding multiple ways to rush and over-charge their customers!! A disgusting corporate rigidity style business!! Yuccccchhhhh!!!!

So I heard the Chic Fil-A restaurant is closed in Lithia Springs on Thornton Road, due to remodeling. I sure hope they remodel their customer service as well. But this was the case with 4 Chic spots I've visited. That also goes for their corporate associates. How can they claim to be "Christian based" when the way they treat folks aint "Christian like"? What happened to the golden rule? This only applies to some employees, and all management. Good food nonetheless.

Went to get a refill but they told me it is the store policy of no refills but I could buy another drink which essentially the same thing but a marketing ploy of get you to spend more money just to finish your meal. Won’t be back!! Only game in town that is charging for refills! Usually a well trained but no this time.

The chicken nuggets are delicious until the salty taste hit you. I don't know why they add so much salt! Over 1200mg per serving, ridiculous. Sorry chick fil-a, can't eat your overly salted food. Their salads are great though.
