The food is really good, but I heard they are against blacks and LGBTQ and I can't accept that in our modern times.

Always loved their food, bot had a bad experience last night, the store in homewood Illinois just opened. I was very excited to only be disappointed my fries were like ice and greasy and I've had chic fil-a in other locations and states, therefore they really need to step their game up. No serving cold food

Hello I would Love to start this with: Chick-Fil-a is average and I don’t know why it’s so popular. Their food is good but their waiting time is just so horrible to me I get It fresh stuff takes longer this isn’t pre-made stuff but still it takes too long just for one sandwich and they forgot my sauces that I paid For (some are free other sauces like cheese sauce is extra $1.10) I guess I am just that one person who doesn’t love Chick-Fil-A

No consistency when I ask for well done. Plus they give fake customer service. They say my pleasure, some without a smile. I say Have a good day and I get no reply ever like my pleasure is an end capper/ drop the mic moment. Plus is it customer service if its a role.

I love Chick Fil - A food but the workers are bringing down the value. On several occasions, the staff either forgot to put a food item in my bag or their service was just slow.

It's a C-F-A. Good service (for fast food), decent fried chicken. You can't go wrong with a fried chicken sandwich with waffle fries. It's a bit pricier though. No big surprises here.

Love the food , however the delivery service was awful. We need to make our own sauce after receiving our order of grilled nuggets and regular nuggets wit no sauce.. Service was not satisfying.. :(
