I get a wrap almost 3 times a week and there is always very very little chicken inside - so basically just wrap and lettuce. Today, I got home and opened my wrap and there was NO chicken inside, all lettuce and a tiny bit of cheese. I also had to make the waiter go back to the window to get my dressing that was forgotten - this happens most of the time.
I have a picture but there isn’t a spot to upload

No More Extra Crispy Fries Because of COVID?!
Fact: Chic-fil-A’s fries tend to be really soggy and/or undercooked, unless you ask for them extra crispy. I had heard from an employee back in June, though, that as of July 1, they were no longer going to cook them extra crispy because of the extra wait.
Today, I drove thru, ordered salads and fries and, hoping to slip under the radar, I asked for the fries to be cooked extra crispy. The employee replied that they were no longer accepting extra crispy requests...BECAUSE OF COVID!! I asked what difference COVID makes since they are cooked in a frier, but she didn’t have an answer. It was clear she was just doing what she was told.
Because of COVID?! If my car breaks down, can I just blame COVID? If I gain a few pounds due to my wife’s amazing baking skills, I think I’ll just blame COVID instead.
When I told her why we request them that way, she said “Yeah, I know, I don’t even order the fries anymore.” But then she proceeded to just ask if I’d like to drop them from the order, rather than, oh I don’t know, accommodating and pleasing the customer. Chic-fil-A used to empower their employees more than that, which is part of why their customer service was so stellar in the past.
If the other employee hadn’t said openly it was because extra crispy takes longer, I wouldn’t be quite as flabbergasted. And if the fries weren’t so soggy apart from getting them extra crispy, I’d be a little more understanding.
C’mon, folks. Let’s be honest with the public about wanting to get more business pushed thru at the expense of quality, rather than giving such a lame excuse.
Between that, the employee’s statement of having to charge for extra sauce (!!!), and the resulting decline in customer service...I can’t do it anymore. The lack of quality and higher cost of their food just isn’t worth it. I’m out, Chic-fil-A.

Your email contact customer service…
Your email contact customer service SUCKS! I purchase $100 worth of gift cards and giving my rewards number I should get credit for it. I have in the past, so why aren't you able to again? DOESN'T make sense. Thanks for the timely response...NOT.

Not Happy in Texas.
Will never eat at another one. They claim to be Christian based. That’s baloney. They don’t support our Law Enforcement🤬 They will not get anymore of my business. They’ve really hurt themselves.

This company openly supports discrimination.
This company openly supports discrimination against both the Black Community and the LGBTQ community. I cannot in good faith support such a company through my business. I will therefor no longer purchase anything at this company, which purports to be based on Christian values. While Chic fil-A may say they do not discriminate, their actions and money speak louder than their words. They employ generally good people, but I cannot support the causes they support. I'm hoping their corporate culture would change, but am not holding my breath.
