I ordered @Chick-fil-A and they made my order wrong. No big deal in most situations, but not this time. Instead of apologizing and making it right, they called my a liar. Their exact quote was "it just didn't happen this time." I got an idea, if you want to keep your customers, don't call them liars. Treat them with respect. Since I've been working from home, they were a restaurant that was frequently visited. Not anymore. After they sent me that response, I replied how unhappy I was with their response. It has how been several days and they have not responded. I gave them the opportunity to make it right before making this post and they did not. Just goes to show that they don't care about their customers. #boycott_chickfila. #chickfilasucks

I am not here to complain about the food (which is usually delicious). The service has been getting worse and worse over the course of a couple of months. For the fourth time in a row I was either not given food that was ordered, or I was made to wait for a much longer time due to miscalculations on the part of the ordering staff. This last time was my limit. After being at the head of the line with other cars passing me by I was wondering why my single meal was taking so long. It turns out the wrong name was put in for my meal and when they brought it out to me, the fries were understandably cold. When I mentioned this, they asked for the fries back just to throw away and gave me fresh fries with no reimbursement for my extra 15 minute wait. I am just angry at this location!

I love Chick-fil-A. I fly in and out of Dallas Love Field all the time and always wait to eat in the airport at Chick-fil-A. They don’t scan for points or let you use the app to pay and they don’t serve Diet Dr Pepper. Credit only. Can anyone do anything about it? Thanks

I went to chick fil a today and my food was hard and salty im very upset

Went through the drive thu at the garden of the gods store. I place a order soup and a meal . When I got home they forgot my meal and only gave me my soup. That was my dinner. All they had for me when I called was excuses. If they weren't so busy playing around they wouldn't mess up people's orders. I truly thought they were better than that. The food is good. The service really sucks. Thats the only store I've had a problem. They have no respect for the customer.

Hacked and charged nearly $75 for two delivery orders no where near where I live, but even worse, they have been unhelpful and responsive to my complaint and I'm scrambling trying to get them to refund me the money! So disappointed and frustrated in Chick-fil-A's customer service in regards to this app and their seeming lack of motivation to help a victim!

My points have disappeared, I have the online form out 3 times with NO CONTACT a whatsoever. Calling their customer care number lands you in voice mail jail and you can’t get to a live body!!!
