It’s my birthday today and I live in Florida Palm Beach I went to the Chick-fil-A on palm beach Lake the manager that was helping in the drive-through was rude everyone in the drive-through was no one said my pleasure when we said thank you they just look at us and ask what our order was and before we gave our discount the guy walked away from the car like we was moving to slow for him and said someone else would finish our order only person was nice was the guy who took our payment

If I could give 0 stars I would! Went to the chick-fil-a located in Brighton, CO on prairie way and received the worse experience. I had placed a catering order a week in advance and pre-paid for my items, or so I thought. When I placed the order I received a email confirmation of my order. On the day we were scheduled to pick up our order, the order was not made due to the payment not going through. (Not sure how as I had just used the card) however I didn’t receive a phone call, email nor did my sister receive option to pay for the order. But why would she receive the option to pay for it when they decided to not even have the decency to give me a call. I had called Chick-fil-A a few minutes after my sister had called me and asked what was going on. They said that the order was made but they couldn’t give us the order due to nonpayment, which is understandable. I informed them I would pay for it and was on the way. When I arrived the order was not even made. I asked them why they lied and the manager kept denying that the order was made but they had to remake it. Obviously I needed the order by a certain time for an event I had. They wasted my time. It took me over an hour to get my order which was just chicken nuggets. This is the most ridiculous experience I’ve had. The manager was worse, she couldn’t even apologize or take accountability for the fact that they lied to just get me to come and place an order with them to increase their sales.

We went to the chick-fa-la in Harrisburg NC on 3/25/21. Harris Square #04095. Waiting in drive thru line which was staffed by extremely efficient employees working outside taking orders and taking customer payments for their orders. We returned home with our orders only to find that my chick-fa-la sandwich was burned and dried up. It looked like it was burned and tossed aside and then put into my sandwich probably by mistake maybe? It was hard, cold, dry and burned. I have visited this store many times since it opened and have never ever received such a disgustingly poor sandwich. I ended up picking off the coating and eating it anyway because there was no way I was going to drive 20 back to return it and get another one. I picked off the burned breading and ate 1/2 of the dried up sandwich before deciding that it just wasn't worth eating at all. This was probably just a one time mistake but there should be no mistakes from a company that only deals with chicken!!!! I literally took a picture of it so you could see what it looked like....yuck.

The food isn't that good and the service was horrible. Not to mention they are extremely anti LGBTQ+

Normally satisfied, but extremely disappointed tonight. Had a free medium fry reward and they confused that and charged me for a large fry. They also didn’t give me any chick-fil-a sauce when the bag says 3

Usually lunch time is smooth, but had some consistent problems during breakfast at the location on Walden Avenue. Never seem to have coffee made and usually have to wait too long for it while food is getting cold. Pulled into VIP to wait for them to bring it out and this time waited over 8 minutes and had to leave without the coffee. Think they forgot! Sick of it and will go elsewhere for breakfast from now on. Suppose to be fast food!!!

I hope that they are "Christian" company because i do like that but they would need to i hate having to to the one near me in met, La vets they extremely racist of non whites in the actual store and they will not hire blacks for sure . i called to their corporate hotline years ago and nothing was done i am so scared to eat there . go at your own risk .
