As I was ordering my usual #1 with the average cashier the kitchen door slams open, and who is it? Don! I thought it was Dons day off 🙄 He came up to my cashier person and shoved them aside, and surprisingly he was being decent and less creepy than normal which suprised me. So I told him what I wanted and he was like "Wellll....I can show you what we have in the back, some...of our #1s are looking....gross...Come dear...". I mean I want a decent #1 so I followed. AND WHAT DOES DON DO? His army of rats drag me into the storage closet. I beg the rats to let me be free but they dont stand down to me. Then I see some random colony of roaches! I drag myself to the colony begging them to start a war with the rats creating a diversion so I can leave, but they dont accept. Luckily I was in the storage closet so there were some cleaning supplies...I snach the bleach bottle and threaten to pour it on them. They agree, so then war has begun! I creep out of the Rat vs Roach War aka the RRW and seek Don...Still holding the the bleach people stare at me as I limp my way to find Don..But then..I see Don! I pour the bleach on him and say! "YOUR RAT ARMY PERISH IN THE SIGHT OF MY ROACHES! LET THE RRW BEGIN!!" I walk away staring at Don. Anyways if you're willing to start a rat war then go to chic fil a, but I still didn't get my chicken sandwich so poor customer service but very exciting event I'd recommend (:

Food is always good with the exception of the fries which at every location are consistently under cooked and tastes and feels like eating soggy cardboard. Drive through process is exceptional

We went to Chick-fil-A at the RSA tower in Montgomery. Waited a while for our order, because they were busy.My husband got our food set down to eat and the chicken sandwich was cold. He said I didn’t pay $17.00 to eat a cold chicken sandwich. So he took both of the sandwich back. We waited five more minutes the guy called my husband back to get the sandwich’s and they both was cold . I told my husband I hoped it don’t make us sick. We ate them,but an hour later it didn’t stay with me, because the sandwich’s was not at the right temperature.I’m really disappointed in this restaurant!When you take food back ,because it’s cold you would think you would be served hot food. Continuing my quest for the best chicken sandwich I find myself at the popular Chick Fil-A. The staff was amazing, never have I been treated with such family like friendliness! The sandwich was a very fair price but was lacking. I am not saying it was bad but it was not the winner. The birds did not get any leftovers (ate it all) It was crispy, tasty but the bun was slightly mushed and the sandwich was dry. Not Bad 3 Stars.

I tried the chicken tortilla soup firs time. And it was very dissaponting. The soup definitely not fresh, really thick and full of some type of beans. Will never order it again.

So, I totally LOVE CFL!!! But, I have a couple of things I would like to point out... 1) what is the deal with the basket thing they are using to 'hand' us food? I am really not dumb enough to NOT realize, someone has just handed my 'bag' to the person outside, who then picks it up and puts it in this ridiculous method of order transport designed to provide a false sense of Corona-proof security. Seriously???!!! Save us some money on paying for these stupid baskets and just hand us our order. Otherwise, just sit it on the window, and I will grab it myself. I totally do NOT need someone offering my order in a tilted ("Oh, sorry your drink spilled everywhere") basket, who has touched my order already... WHAT is the point? 2) For the LOVE OF GOD... Please STOP telling me to have a "blessed day"!!! It really is affecting my decision to patronize CFL... along with many others, I suspect. I get it, and completely respect CFL is a Christian run entity. However (and although I am Christian), I perceive it as an attempt to impose religion on people who do not appreciate being subjected to others' beliefs. Our Bible does not teach the imposition of our Lord onto others... So, STOP it. You are making us (Christians) look bad! CFL is a business, not a house of worship. I love, love, love me some CFL!!! But, come on...
