I was held hostage by CFA for three days! I asked for a chicken sandwich and was handed a BTS meal, so I went to the counter thinking they made a mistake. But when I asked for a refund the employee spit on me and told me to shut up and take it. When I refused, he took me into the back room and locked me in there with nothing but a bowl of water and a stick. Never eat at this establishment! It's despicable!

It sucks the food is terrible they have the worst staff and it is a dirty establishment I hate it

just visited and had the worst experience of my life, don came up to me and held me by the throat threw me against the wall and shouted “rat” at me, he then proceeded to throw mouse traps at me and force feed me cheese. the roaches carried me out of the establishment, a few biting me along the way.

I went there yesterday and Don, I think he was the manager, gave me the wrong dish. I just accepted it and wanted to keep living my life but he started throwing the kids from the next table at my food and at their grandma. Really rude. I still have a mark of one of the kids' heads on my arm because it hit me really hard. -10/10 would not recommend. Never going there again.

I went to chick-fil-a and a man named Don was very rude to me, at first I didn’t think anything of it but then I found ketchup dumped in my drink. I was disgusted and he needs to be fired.
