For the two Chick-fil-a locations near me, I'm blown away by how consistently good they are. The food and orders are always correct, the app works quite flawlessly and the team is very courteous and competent. I have been to other locations that I'd only give a 4 out of 5 but that isn't my experience. I grab a breakfast bowl maybe 2 or 3 times a week and cobb salad or chicken nuggets for lunch/dinner one or two times per week. I've always felt more than safe during COVID. Hands down - a well run organization that give great service, food and experience.

As a UberEats and Door Dash driver, whenever it comes time for me to decide on that quick bite, personal experience in cleanliness and customer service play an important factor. There are some places that are forever off my list. Chick-fil-A ranks #1 for a multitude of reasons. First of all....CLEANLINESS. The place is always super clean and during the pandemic, they always utilized PPE and conducted business not in accordance with the current mandates, shoulders above the minimums. When arriving for my pick-ups and noticing the cars lined all the way down the road, I thought this is going to be awful. Time and time again I was wrong. Always greeted warmly and my orders always spot-on. I would also listen as they engage drive thru customers, it was a constant "my pleasure" And yes, it does sound corny after hearing it so much, but after watching them in action, I honestly believe they beieve it. I didn't just pick up from one location either. This level of integrity and commitment to guest services manifested at each location. A lot of days when my delivery customers were being ridiculous with their "demands" and just making things difficult, hearing "my pleasure" as I stopped by for a large fresh brewed sweet tea, always provided a soothing "it's going to be ok" feeling! Support your local Chick-fil-A, After being in and out of every restaurant in my area, I can assure, they support you!

My first time going to Chick Fil-a was GREAT! Met a guy named Don i went to grab my chicken sandwich and he came for my knees but instead he fell on top of me and it was a love story<3 but my second time he ignored me so i climbed over the counter and hit him with my bag then sat and cried in the playground(i also maybe took a poo in there<3)

Their Cobb Salad was the absolute BEST I’ve ever had! Lettuce was green, crisp and fresh; chicken was very tender, warm and delicious; everything else about it was wonderful!

For me, chick-fil-a is my favorite fast food restaurant. The food is really good and the customer service is also really good. I like that they have those mint candies at the entrance.

Their chicken sandwiches are delicious. We don't have one close by so I get it every time I go through the airport. So tasty
