Great service, the server never went down as far as any of my players were aware. Occasional Control Panel downtime but never for more than a minute or two at a time.

Thanks for the review, Travis! Just a heads up, the control panel will restart periodically every few hours or so to keep things running smoothly. Downtime is typically around 20 seconds or so.

An Honest to god breath of fresh air. Tried so many other providers .. and stumbled across their link in a reddit post. Chicago Servers has been top notch .. near instant support in a chat bubble.. immediate assistance, (with patience), getting the hang of the Beautiful Web interface. 10/10.. Would def. recommend

Good stuff. So far, my experience has been smooth, quick, and easy. I haven't had any issues, so I can't speak to the customer service side of things, but the performance of the server has been superb.
