Overall very good except for one day where I had an issue where the server duplicated itself. The next day it went back to one but I had lost all progress from when it had duplicated.

Support response time was timely however they didn't help with my issue at all (Disconnect during specific missions 100% of the time, rendering the new map useless and unplayable). Was told it was a mod issue, removed all mods and didn't help, was then told it was only an issue on my end. I wiped everything, tried with and without mods, tried other servers with similar mods (worked just fine) but at the end of the day just told it was my problem alone and ticket was closed soon after. Update: They worked with me on the issue and while we couldn't get things working and Ark being a buggy mess we came to an agreement. As I stated before their support is timely so I don't want to hold that against them. Still don't think I can give a 5 star for the experience fully considering I still had some slight smaller issues with server lag when travelling too fast via tame or tek suit and overall clunky UI in the control panel.

Hi Shaun, We hate to see any customer disappointed with our servers. It's important to remember that your issue pertains to just the mods, not our actual hosting, reliability, etc. ARK is a very temperamental game and the mods can be tricky at times. We can only personally guarantee ARK servers themselves- not mods. However, our servers do fully support their mods and we still make every attempt to get it all working for our customers. Most customers don't have issues with them and they work seamlessly with our control panel. Also, it is against our policy to just "close out tickets" on customers. After 36 hours of no reply by the customer, tickets are closed to remove them from the support queue. We NEVER close tickets that the customer replied to last and we ALWAYS reply, typically in less than 30-45 minutes. We're also available the majority of the day on live chat which several of our reviews say is a huge deal for them. Customer service is amazing! 10/10 The one and the only issue I have is the UI can be a little clunky and is at times more confusing to use than managing your own personal server. Once you understand how it works it's much simpler and of course, the staff was there to help me with everything.
