Restored to new condition 😁
The person I spoke with on phone correctly figured out what repair my I9 device needed, and repaired it to new working order. Very happy to have it back and use it. Turnaround time was very good. (About 2 weeks.)

A Satisfied Customer
A power adapter couldn't be found by customer or the post officein spite of the tracking that it was delivered. When it was reported to CHI Institute, they promptly sent a replacement. What better proof that CHI has customer's satisfaction high in their priority.

The E9
The E9, has made my horse into a completely different horse. From being stiff and sore all the time to never missing a beat. This is an amazing machine that I have seen work wonders. The company is so helpful as well!

I have used Infratonic 8 for years and…
I have used Infratonic 8 for years and just purchased infratonic nine recently. I broke my leg and it has helped immensely in the bone healing and pain. Thank you for this tremendous health healing tool. Love this company that has helped in all my healing issues over many years. Hugs to you Penny
