At the beginning of December, I ordered my grandmother a cake for her birthday to be delivered on 12/26. It said it was delivered to a “mailbox” on 12/22, with no address attached to it. I called 1800 flowers on 12/26 and they reshipped it to be delivered on 1/5/24. It says it was delivered on 1/6/24 to a “mailbox” in Midland, MI. This is so disappointing and frustrating. The representative claims I have been refunded but we will see if that actually happens. I could hardly understand the representative on the phone and chat. I will never be doing business through Cheryl’s cookies again.

Selection looked good and prices seemed reasonable. Ordered December 14 for delivery between 18 and 22. The gift tower I ordered did not arrive. Was told it would arrive 23. It did not. I will say the customer service offered to redeliver (at no additional fee - ironic since they had not delivered it at all!) and immediately agreed to a refund when I asked. No real explanation of why it did not arrive when it was supposed to - the first rep was clearly fobbing me off but the second one was very helpful. Whether the money arrives, I guess we will see. End result is that the person I was sending these to has no Christmas present from me and I have to wait up to 10 days to see if I get the refund.

I ordered 30 sugar cookies in christmas crate. I received an assortment of cookies. I called customer service and was told the item I ordered wasn't available. I said I should have been notified so I could cancel the order. I ordered 30 sugar cookies why would I get an assortment of cookies. He put me on hold came back and said the best he could do is offer 20 dollars off the next purchase I made. I said oh I will never order from here again the customer should be aware that the order changed and be given option to cancel the order. Again I was told that all he could offer was 20 off my next order. You've lost a customer and probably don't care with the prices charged losing 1 customer won't be much but I will tell others to never order from here. Extremely disappointed. Most of these cookies will probably end up in the trash.

I ordered from Cheryl's cookies online, because I wanted to give my business to a local company here in Ohio. When there was a problem with my order, I was given a customer service number to fix it that ended up being someone in the Philippines. After the third person in the Philippines who couldn't help me, I was directed to go back online. Everything online directed me towards the customer service number - in the Philippines! I am so sorry to ever have done business with Cheryl's cookies.

Have passport paid for it. they charged me the shipping.customer service is a joke.

Do not buy from them. The cookies I had sent at the beginning of the month have not yet been delivered and shipping was expensive. When I talk to customer service all they do is tell me that the cookies will be delivered the next day. Terrible service.

Wish we could give a zero star. I do not recommend upgrading or paying for expedited shipping on your orders. We bought a platter and picked for it to be delivered on a certain day and payed extra for it to find out the order is not going to arrive on time. We called the company And spoke to customer service. They were not helpful wouldn't give us money back for the extra shipping cost we had to pay for it to be delivered this was for a funeral so upset that it is not going to be delivered before the service.

Their customer portal account setup is awful. I paid $19.99 for Passport Celebrations renewal for a year in order to not have to pay shipping, and the last order I made WOULD NOT REFLECT that I was a member. Ridiculous and typical of past experiences I've had with this company. The only company from which I order that has all too often glitches. I had to get an online customer rep to subtract the shipping charge even though it shows in my account that I paid the freaking Passport membership on Sept. 3, 2023. My Visa card shows the charge! The online chat rep today wanted me to call a number to waste more of my time instead of easily fixing the mistake!
