Customer service has been outsourced and is nonexistent. At the time l placed my order the estimated delivery time was totally inaccurate. Very disappointed.

For four days, our company tried to place a $2000.00 order and then customer service called to tell me that they only had a few of the items left. We will never do business with this company EVER again.

Cancelled an order after 4 calls, have called 4 times because my account was still charged! Can get no response, out $83,94 ! Won’t order again and will tell everyone I know. Love the cookies but customer service stinks!

Awful customer service. I paid for shipping on a specific date, and only the label was printed on the day it was supposed to be delivered. When asking customer service when I could expect the delivery, they kept sending me the tracking number which still had no information on the cookies. NEVER AGAIN.

Never order from this company !!!! Paid $14.99 to have delivery on a specific day didint come . Was for a birthday. Called and said "sorry" I'm done . Gonna spread the word!!!

I ordered 2 boxes of Halloween cookies and when they arrived they were all broke or smashed. Worst part I contacted customer service and sent pictures. No response after several attempts. Don’t order go to local bakery better off.

Horrible company, poor customer service, their online system displays inaccurate information. The cookies are actually quite good, which is a shame, but if you can't trust what you are ordering online, without then having to be on the phone for over 30 minutes with an incompetent sales rep, why would you pay this much for cookies!

This company is terrible! I would never order from them again. I called on a Thursday at 2:30 and they told me to have my birthday tin delivered on the following Tuesday I would have to pay for extra shipping since their order processing was cut off until Monday. I have never heard of such a thing. From comments made, even though I paid extra to have it delivered on time, it may not be!!! The supervisor I spoke to was not customer oriented and was not helpful in resolving my issue. Very poor customer service!
