I gave it one star because they did not give the option for zero stars. We made an error in the delivery address, but found out just now of the mistake. Trying to get someone that we can understand is an effort in itself, but instead of offering help to resolve, or possibly a discount on another order, they were not at all helpful. Unless you want to throw your money away, do not buy from this company.

My husband and I love these cookies. After several orders, we started having a reoccurring problem. Most of the time the orders sat for a long while before they were shipped. Also, twice after they were shipped, the shipment was lost in the mail and were delivered weeks late and stale. When I would check the tracking, the delivery date would change on the website. Delivery and order fulfillment issues are a reoccurring problem. When I contacted costumer service and filled out surveys, I got excuses and was passed from person to person, with me having to explain my issues over and over again. It was clear that costumer services didn’t review my account. After several emails with the company, they would not deal with the issue and gave me the run around. To the extent, that I cannot list all of the details here. This customer service is beyond unacceptable. I was going to let this go, but now I am going to send reviews all over including Yelp. I will also contact my friends that I gave recommendations to about Cheryls Cookies and reveal their Business practices and show them their unacceptable service. The sad thing is my husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes and he loved the sugar free cookies. That is why he wanted to join the monthly delivery club because he couldn’t find sugar free cookies that he liked as much as Cheryl’s and we are trying to make difficult changes and lifestyle adjustments to our diet because of this diagnosis. Also, our dear friend was diagnosed with cancer and was having difficulty eating. We ordered sugar free cookies for him to help him get his appetite back. Like I stated before, we love the product but will not tolerate such disrespect and disregard for the costumer. When you order a product you expect to receive it in a timely manner. Not stale. The product fulfillment, reoccurring delivery issues, and costumer service are extremely unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, because of these reasons, we will no longer order from Cheryl’s Cookies.

Ordered for the first time and for Valentine's Day. Order did not ship until the day before and was never delivered. Not only late, it will be 3 days late and well after the holiday. Will not use again.

I ordered two Valentine’s Day cookie/pretzel box on 1/10/20. One for my son away at college and the other for my boyfriend. I selected Friday February 14th as the delivery date. I received an email confirming this date for delivery. I checked two weeks ago to confirm and on my account it said they would be delivered Thursday February 13th. I sent three emails with no response. I called over the weekend and talked to a women who assured me they would be delivered on the 14th and also offered to personally check when they shipped and would call to confirm delivery date of the 14th. Both gifts were delivered today. No one called or returned my email. Completely unacceptable when I payed for shipping and selected the date I wanted them delivered. I will never order from this company again.

Never buy from Cheryls again. They put a hold on the purchase amount then charged my debit for the purchase- been 5 days, 4 calls later and the hold is still there. They will not release the $40. Impotent customer svc supervisor who was 0 help. "Wait wait wait- their suggestion. First, "24-48 hours and the hold will drop off." Obviously it did not. Latest supervisor- 3-5 business days and the hold should drop off. It did not. Cheryls has no right to hold my funds without prior approval- which they did not get. This was my last purchase.

Terrible service. Does not deliver on time. Customer service is no help. Don't order from them or your party plans will be screwed up.

I have purchased Cheryl's cookies from the local stores several times since Cheryl Krueger the original Cheryl founded and operated it. The cookies are dry, the ingredients are not as good and cookies are overpriced.

Horrible customer service - placed a very large order for holiday cookies and when I try to track the order the website states no orders even though I have been billed on my credit card. Used to be a good company to work with and no longer is.
