Paid almost $60 for fresh cookies to be delivered yesterday for my father's birthday. they were not delivered and might be delivered next week. I spend over 2 hours on chat and over the phone trying to get resolved. they say they are sorry but will not do anything about the situation. this was not an express order - I placed the order 5 days ago and would not have used this company for a birthday gift if I had known it would not arrive and that they don't care if it arrives on time or not. Stay away from this company - they do not care. I had other options that I could have chosen. I should have read other people's reviews and terrible experiences.

I placed an order on 10/1, to be delivered on 10/5. Instead of delivering it today, the tracking info. said it was still in their shop, had not shipped and wouldn't be delivered until 10/12. I tried calling customer service and the agent was clearly brand-new. She had no idea how to look up orders, didn't confirm anything and just said she couldn't help. I tried online chat and they told me my order was already in production, so it couldn't be canceled- even thought their website and my order information says the opposite. I would never order from them again, they're disorganized and a huge waste of money.

I had to call customer service 3 times and 3 times I would get a different answers. On the same day I placed 2 orders with Cheryl's cookies and both orders were bad. My 1st order which I was told by customer service, I was going to receive on Oct 1 Thursday and still waiting for the package Oct 4, but when I called customer service he said now the cookies are in production and the shipping date is Oct 14th . One customer service told me he called UPS and I was going to receive them at the end of the day. My 2nd order was delivered on Oct 1st but the cookies were broken and I sent this order to friends. I had asked to have my 1st order cancelled and the customer service told me because it was in production and going to be delivered on Oct 14 he didn't have time to cancel my order . So I asked him to replace the items with something else at the same price and he said he couldn't do that either, I would have to wait till Oct 14th, I emailed the company to let them know I was unhappy and just got a general email they never asked how they could help.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They could not get the order right. Had to call 3 times ! At one point, was told the order was not valid, even though I was holding a copy of the e-mail in my hand from the very first time I tried to order. On the phone for 1 hour and 37 minutes!!! WARNING !!! Don't order from Cheryl's cookies !!!

If I could give a -1 I would. We Ordered cookies on September 8th. They was to be delivered between September 16th and the 21st. We have made several calls only to get a run around. We will not be buying any more cookies from this place as gifts! They should be ashamed of themselves. Some people can’t afford to resend a second gift because of Cheryl’s poor service.

I have ordered Cheryl's Cookies for friends and family for years. I have sent my daughters cookies while they are away at college for birthdays, holidays & study packages. We love the frosted sugar cookies. However, I will not be dealing with them again. I tried to send my daughter cookies for her birthday and I could not complete the order online despite trying several times. So, I tried the online chat. The person who chatted with me "looked into it" and couldn't tell why it wouldn't go through. He suggested that I use Chrome, as it is their preferred browser. I told him I was using Chrome and he apologized and suggested I call in the order. So, no help at all. Next, I called to place the order. You think this would be easy because I had all of the item numbers ready. But no, I was on the phone for over an hour with a person who would put me on hold for 5 - 6 minutes to check on that item, check that address, check that credit card number, & finally check that coupon code. There were always problems with all of them, including the coupon code from their website! When I was finally finished I was pretty unhappy. Fast forward a week when my daughter says no cookies showed up. I check my email & credit card statement and it appears they never put the order through. I am done with them, I wish I had seen all of these reviews first.

Ordered cookies for Mom’s birthday, paid the extra for guaranteed delivery by a certain date. Cookies were not delivered by said date. Called customer service... No reason given, just told they’d be delivered 4 days past the guaranteed date I paid extra for. The icing on the cake was that they wanted to call my Mom. Seriously?!?! Told them to absolutely not call her, I would break the bad news to her. I was told I would receive a refund but we will see if that happens. I should have checked out recent reviews before I ordered!!!
