Ordered 3 gifts for three different people. Made sure deliver was scheduled before the weekend and a holiday however the delivery was still 4 days late. After the weekend and after holiday. When I contacted the company, first they told me they would be delivered on time, after 30mins they changed their answer. They informed me that deliveries are not guaranteed unless I do a special express delivery. I will never use them again, even though they gave me a "gift card savings pass?" for future orders

I ordered 2 tins of cookies for friends that are 72 and 65. The three of us do lots of things together, so I ordered the tin that said "You're A Llama Fun" with a llama on it. Instead, they sent a childish looking robot tin that says "Valentine, You're Electric" with a robot on it. I called customer service when I got the notice that the tins had been sent and it showed the wrong picture. I ordered through e-mail, so my ordering e-mail showed the llama tin. The llama tin was Product #298411, and the robot tin was Product #298441. The customer service rep did not speak English very well. He kept telling me numerous times that I had ordered the robot tin and read the product number. He asked me if I ordered by phone or by e-mail. I told him I ordered by e-mail, and I could send him a copy of my order with the correct product number and picture. He kept telling me I had ordered the robot tin product number. I kept telling him I could send him proof that I had not. I told him I was embarrassed that I was sending two older women a kid's robot tin that says "Valentine, you're electric." I told him we had a language barrier and asked him multiple times to transfer me to someone who could speak English when he asked me to spell "llama" and couldn't figure out how to spell it. I was told that since it was already in the process of being shipped, there was nothing they could do about it. I argued with him more about getting a refund. He finally put me on hold and offered to refund the shipping fee. I checked today, and the shipping fee has appeared as a credit on my credit card. Both of my friends have received their gifts way ahead of Valentine's, but at least they got them. I explained to both of them about the wrong tin they received. I told him I would never use Cheryl's again and that I was leaving them a bad review. I will NEVER order from Cheryl's again. I wish I had looked at the reviews first.

This Company is Horrible!!!! I ordered cookies as part of a Valentines day gift selected the EXACT delivery date so they would arrive the same day as flowers and other items I was sending I ordered these a MONTH in advance to make 100% sure. Welll they ended up delivering them early way before the date they were supposed to be and when I call in they just tell me that they will ship them when THEY want because they were ready and they had a lot of other orders but don't worry just stick them in the fridge they will be ok even if she isn't there they will last. Are you kidding me? Just stick them in the fridge if she isn't there???? If I would have known this I would have just gone bought cookies and given them to her myself since I have to go get them from where I had them delivered and then stick them in the fridge and wait to give them to her myself. Does that sound like a place that's really worried about customer service and you'd wanna order from to have something delivered to someone you care about? Also they looked horrible cause they just took a cheap basket and threw a bag of cookies in it no presentation just a bag of cookies in a cheap basket and placed it in a shipping box. If I wanted that I could have gone to the grocery store and got a box of cookies taken out the bag and thrown it in a cheap basket and saved 50 bucks and given it to her any day of the week. I wouldn't bother ever ordering from these people especially if you want to give something to someone special on a special day since they just send them when they decide not the customer chosen date. Just bad all the way around!

February 4th- Ordered VALENTINES cookies but today I received MERRY CHRISTMAS tins filled with CHRISTMAS cookies!! Called Customer Service and they'll be shipping out the correct order SIX days from now! I doubt they will be received by VALENTINES DAY. Makes me question how true their cookie freshness claim really is.

Cheryl's cookies are great but their customer service is absolutely horrible. I will never use them again. I placed order for my daughter for Valentines. When I confirmed by purchase online it was for $48 before taxes and shipping. My credit card was charged $122. I immediately called. I was disconnected twice and finally got a person Annie who determined the order was duplicated. Their error. My credit card was to be refunded and charged correct amount of $69.12. Instead my card was charged 99.62! I have spent couple if hours on phone. I was again disconnected and then given the wrong phone number for billing. As I write this review it is still not resolved.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Same thing happened to me. Delivery date was 1/23/2021, on 1/25/2021 I called five straight days and each time I was told they would be delivered that day. I asked for three days to speak with a supervisor and for three days, someone was to call me. I am done with Cheryl's and I cancelled my order. Also, there are several other sister companies I will stand clear of. Obviously, this company has a problem as all the reviews say the same thing.

I must say I was excited to receive a gift of Cheryl's cookies at my job and they were excellent. However... I tried to place a bulk order for my company (for holiday gifts) and did not receive good customer service at all. Called 4 times and put on hold for at least 45 minutes each time and was given instructions each time for the next contact to help with tax exempt order. Sent emails to follow up each time also. The last call I talked to a very nice representative who took my order by phone and stated that I would get a call back from her as soon as her supervisor got more info for me. Also followed up with emails to customer service and corporate. Never got a call back or email back from this company even though I proceeded with every instruction that was given me to place this tax exempt order. I waited a week and had to go ahead and place $3,000.00 order with another company. I guess that wasn't enough money to spend to get good customer service. Still to this day 6weeks later, have not heard back from this company. Very disappointing.

I ordered cookies to be sent to a relative in New York on December 8. The delivery date was December 15. I received a tracking number. The package got as far as the local post office ready for delivery, when I got a notification that the package was damaged and was sent back to the facility. That was on December 15. Tried calling Cheryl's was on hold a very long time, could not hang on any longer. Tried several times again same result. Tried E mail several times,no response. Post office which I assume is a rural one, was no help either,told me to contact Fed Ex or Cheryl's So now January 5 th is here with no cookies
