I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter got the cookie birthday tower boxes in the mail today from a family member. She ate two cookies after dinner. About an hour later she was throwing up. She has been throwing up every hour after having those two cookies. Her stomach is pinching and she acts as if she has food poisoning. I am beyond angry and upset after spending an hour cleaning up throw up and tossing rugs from my children’s bathroom due to these cookies! Do not order! Ingredients contain wax and I’m sure that played a part to her being ill. I also have to tell my mother her birthday gift to her granddaughter made her beyond sick. How disgusting I have to make that phone call to my mother who paid 60 dollars for a special gift for my daughter. I would never recommend and please beware of this company.

Paid extra to have order delivered on my son's birthday. Since he attends college out of state, I thought it would be a nice surprise for him. It was delivered two days early with my name as the recipient instead of his which left him confused instead of surprised. I spoke with customer service which only frustrated me more. They did refund me my shipping cost after the person just keep repeating himself telling me what standard shipping means. First and last order I will be placing with Cheryl's Cookies!

Shipping takes forever. For the amount they charge for shipping, it is utterly ridiculous. My daughter still has not received her order after a week. Old stale cookies do not sound good, and now she won’t even be home when they are delivered. My mom used to send them to my daughter but she passed away last year so I decided to send them this year as a surprise for my daughter “from” her Gram. Will never order again.

Order was never delivered. Had a response within 30 minutes of contacting customer service. Very rude response and no interest in attempting to find delivery. Order something else or get refund. Was a Halloween cauldron so only wanted replacement . Response received in less than 5 minutes- you’ll be refunded. Have sent orders to my daughter at college with not one missed delivery for 2 years. Don’t care how good the cookies are - won’t be ordering anything from Cheryl again.

These cookies have enough sugar to put you in sugar coma. There are some "flavors" that sound good until you bite into it and it nothing but sweet. These might be something a little kid would enjoy, but as an adult I actually like to taste something other than straight sugar. I personally think they are disgusting.

SInce I cannot give this business ZERO stars, which is what they earned, I have to give them a ONE. Customer service is non existent. After attempting to "Live chat" with them- they called me by the wrong name and them added another customer's name in the LIVE CHAT. I asked who these people were and received a message that they had technical issues. I called the 1-800 number. Woman answered the phone with a SCREECHING child in the background. Shockingly, she couldn't hear me, so she disconnected the call. Nice service, right? I promptly called back and ended up speaking with "Art" in the Philippines. Not sure where they found their staff. Totally incompetent and nobody had any clue about how their "ordering" website actually works. Very disappointing. Placed an order for a future delivery date and the agreed to the "window" their web site provided. Order was delivered two days earlier, when nobody was home at my house. Was a $160 order- they credited me $3.40 and then another $19.99. If you want to speak with a "customer service" department who are hellbent on getting the last word, call these morons. Product is not that good. 1-800-FLOWERS should be embarrassed. This is where they send all the broken crayons.

DO NOT ORDER from this company if you want fresh cookies to arrive. I placed 3 gift orders at the same time and one arrived 3 days ago. Which means the other 2 will be at least 5 days after that (stale cookies don't sound that great). AND the gift will reflect YOU. Do NOT take a chance on this company

Cookies are delicious, HOWEVER the delivery and update status on the website are absolutely awful. The delivery is too far out and not reliable. The delivery is always later than posted and always disappoint. The chat with customer service is equally disappointing. This is not the first bad experience with Cheryl's, I keep hoping the customer service will get better to no avail. Over the years, the delivery service has just gone down. There are other cookie companies that care about customer service to use and I will do so in the future.
