This company needs to hire people who can speak and understand English. After being on a call 45 minutes the person asked me if I was ordering for a company after I explained I had a very large order for company clients. Then she proceeded to tell me I had to place the order on line at a particular email address or call a different number. I sent an email and received an automated response that said my email would be responded to in 24 to 48 hrs. No response, so I called customer service again. They said they did not receive the email! I asked why did I receive an automated response if my email was not received. She answered my question with something totally unrelated. I proceeded to call the business order line and there i was told I would have to pay $14 per item to ship! I told them to just for get my 75 orders and I would go with a local company. I wasted at least 3.5 hrs with this company and got nowhere! DO NOT USE THEM

I believe since 1-800 flowers purchased this company they have outsourced all customer service overseas. Every single time I call I get a woman with a rooster crowing in the background, dogs barking and a baby screaming. The same woman. The same rooster. Three hours of my life over the course of five phone calls that I will never get back. It's like the worst customer service experience imaginable. Like a skit on Saturday night live. It's not a communication issue either, these agents have been instructed to evade, lie and deliberately act like they misunderstand what the problem is. The cookie quality is completely different from last year, my orders were missing and getting a refund is like pulling teeth. Cheryls deserves to go out of business and if this is how 1800flowers conducts it's business well....this year was my last order ever. Including ANY of the family of businesses connected to it all. I also had a fraud notice on my card after this transaction. Perhaps their outsourced customer service is selling CC info. Whoever started Cheryls and made a bucket of money when 1800 flowers acquired it....should be mortified at what they have done to the company's reputation.

I bought 5 large boxes today (48 cookies per box!) from our local Cheryl's store. We give a few cookies along with regular gift cards to our kids' teachers, school offices, bus drivers, our vet, our eye doctor, etc. In the past the cookies have always been great. I have been buying and receiving them for 20+ years. My husband and two kids wanted to dive into some of them tonight--basically as soon as they spotted them on the counter, lol. Unfortunately, the cookies are terrible. They are dry, thick, and tasteless. My husband said that the reason they were on sale was because they were old and the store needed to get rid of them! And I thought it was just a special holiday sale since Christmas is exactly 2 weeks away. I began reading the reviews online and realized that it wasn't just us who noticed the difference in the quality. I will not be buying them next year. How sad--these used to be a real treat that everyone really enjoyed receiving, including me! I am surprised that no one in the company seems to care about quality and customer service. We have lots of other choices and we will go with something else next year.

The cookies are delicious, however the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I've tried 3 times today to talk with a supervisor or a manager and the rep only wants to know why I want to talk to a manager or a supervisor. I then get put on hold for 20+ minutes, and the rep never comes back. I put in 3 orders and canceled my husband's 4th and 5th orders.

I would give them negative stars if possible. I paid extra for delivery before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving has passed and cookies STILL not delivered. Customer service spent 30 minutes "negotiating" first offering to send a second box of Thanksgiving cookies, then offering me my delivery fee, then half of a refund and only after I explained again and again that the cookies were for Thanksgiving which was now OVER and had been on a truck for a week and would be stale did the guy oversees agree to full refund. Why did I have to argue for 30 minutes for a full refund? Cheryl's policy is to refund as little as possible even when they know they messed up. That is what I was told. RIDICULOUS and obvious they will take advantage of you. NEVER again.

HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered 10 baskets for $760.38. Had to cancel because our customers will be out of the office during the Christmas holiday. I was refunded $76.03 instead of $760.38. I called to ask, gave the order number and was told it was cancelled and the refund was issued. After over an hour on the phone with two different reps, I was told the refund would be issued in 5-7 business days in the correct amount...I have a VERY hard time believing that because they already issued the $76.03 and are not going to refund $760.38? They cannot reverse a refund either. I get to explain to my boss now how I let $760.38 slip through the cracks.

Horrible, Horrible company!. I specifically ordered early so a gift would go to my granddaughter, serving her country in the US Navy, and who would not be able to be with us on Thanksgiving. I ordered on line, and then followed up with a phone call to confirm delivery before Thanksgiving. I was lied to by some non-english speaking idiot, who could not even tell me within a week, as to when it would be delivered. He then proceeded to lie and say he had changed the delivery date to what I requested. When the items did not arrive as promised, I again called and was told they would ship out on the day they promised delivery, and would arrive several days later!. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS!. They ruined a very special surprise with their lies, and incompetence.

BUYER BEWARE This is my second and last year to order Cheryl's Cookies for Christmas gifts. Their customer service is completely non existent. Last year the cookies were not delivered. This year after less than 24 hours the delivery date can not be changed nor the order cancelled.
