Let me know ON Valentine's Day that they couldn't fulfill my order! No email, nothing. I had to inquire at the 11th hour and was told that they were sorry but couldn't send it due to supply issues. Maybe let me know so I can make alternate arrangements. But hey, they offered $15 gift card--which I will literally never use. Bush league would be a compliment.

I have been a repeat customer for more than twenty years; Cheryls used to be a very nice Ohio company with immediate response if there were any issues. The web site was always up to date with current information on one's order. Something has changed in the past couple of years, as evidenced by the numerous complaints on all review sites. Customer service is offshore and not responsive. The products are fresh and should be delivered in a timely manner, however, that is not happening. Delivery lately is not timely or not at all. The company sends me marketing material constantly, every day, so is definitely spending time and resources on marketing, rather than Quality Assurance. The Passport membership is not worth it because then you get the cheapest delivery option possible. I will be cancelling Passport and will look to Etsy for cookies from now on. Really too bad that this Ohio company has sold out to using offshore customer service.

Ordered 2 weeks in advance. Called to check morning of delivery since no tracking updates and was told would be delivered by end of day. Called back and was then told order had been canceled but I received no notification or email. Too late for a back up. I understand supply issues and had I been notified in a timely manner, I could have used a back up. Poor customer service. Save yourself the disappointment.

I ordered cookies for a family member's birthday on 2/1/22 to be delivered on 2/9/22. Cookies were never delivered and when I called on 2/10 to inquire - I was told that they weren't delivered and are not even available until 2/20 or later - what a SCAM!!! I was so upset and I had a young family member who was very disappointed when her gift didn't arrive. NOTHING on their website or ordering process stated that they weren't available nor did I get any messages about a delay. I will never use them again and will let anyone I know not to use them. Very POOR customer service and lack of communication. Please do your homework, unfortunately I didn't loo into it better before wasting time with this SCAM company.

I WISH I COULD CURSE IN THIS MESSAGE! STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO ONE IS IN AMERICA! ALL WORKERS ARE ASIAN WORKING FROM HOME! I HEARD BABIES CRYING AND BIRDS HOWLING IN THE BACK ROUND I work for the biggest hospital in New York and I will tell everyone that has a pulse about this crappy company I placed and order for 3 bunches of cookies 3 weeks in advance 300.00 order, and all when I called to track my package...ALL three orders were canceled without notification!! We made the mistake and allowed my 6 year old autistic daughter to taste them and she loved them! We ordered them for her birthday and now we are stuck without them. This company is headquartered in Ohio and should have AMERICANS working for them! This company should CLOSE FOR GOOD! The absolute worst experience!! And at the end they offered me a 20.00 coupon for future purchases FOH!!! Do yourself a favor and bake for yourself! Kick rocks Cheryl!

I ordered Valentines Day cookies on January 22, 2022 for valentines day. I figured 2 plus weeks is sufficient time for delivery. The package was shipped via (crappy) Fedex January 27th, 2022. On February 3rd, the package stopped moving in the Fedex network. (I am assuming a hungry fedex worker stole the box). I reached out to customer service asking for an update on February 4th. They said the package is lost, they will ship a new order. I asked them when will I receive this new shipment due to the fact that this last shipment that was not received had taken 10 days to not arrive. The said I would have it by February 11. I asked and what happens if this does not arrive by then. They said I could call for a replacement and a refund. I was not happy with this answer. On Sunday February 6th, I went online to check the status of my new order and my new order was not listed. I contacted customer service through chat long story short they said there is a new order and provided me with the order number. I ask well how do I know this order is for me and how do I track, They stated the order "was already sent to Fedex" . I said good then you can give me the tracking number. Customer (non) service stated there is a delay. I told them that is a lie, once the label is generated at Fedex there is a tacking number. I ask sot talk to a supervisor. They said the sup would have to call back. After 2 hours I got the call but missed and, but a message was left that the would call me back in a few minutes. I never got the call. I call the regular 800 customer support number on February 7th to talk to a person, they gave me the new order number (for which I still cannot see in my order history). They said the order would go out today; she was processing it.....Umm I though they were processing 2 days ago. Also stated I woudl receive and email with t he order number. Still not email. I did receive a call from another supervisor (after I called the 800 number for order status) February 7th (But I was on the phone). And the message was "this is our second attempt to contact you; like its my fault. The supervisor calls you from another number for which you cannot call back or have immediate access. Stay away from this company unless you want headaches for packages that are supposed to be shipped in a timely manner (I.E. a sick person, etc)

I placed 2 orders on 1/23/2022 and 1 order on 1/30, all of which were to have been delivered on 2/4. I was even conned into paying for "Passport". On 1/5, when none of the recipients had received their cookies, I called and was told none of them had even shipped! I canceled 2 of the 3 orders and retained 1 which has an ETA of 2/9. There was also a fraud purchase on my credit card immediately after I placed at Cheryl's and my card was canceled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are FRAUDULENT!

Ordered cookies for my Grandson in California, They were supposed to be delivered this week and he called me and said he never received them.so I called the company and they said they were delivered. When talking to a new representative we found out the lady that took my order had the Address wrong.I was charged for an order We didn't get.Who knows where they were sent. Terrible Costumer service😡 Can't get intouch with a manager to find out about a refund☹️
