Wow, how I wish I had read these reviews before trusting this company with a Birthday delivery of cookies to my daughter. I ordered on 2/10/22, committed to paying $14.00 in shipping to make sure they were delivered on her birthday on 2/18. Not only were they not delivered on her birthday, they did not let me know they weren't being delivered. When I called, they said they'd be delivered on 2/19, They offered to credit my shipping and since it was only one day late, I said ok. BUT, they didn't arrive on 2/19 either. When I called on 2/20 to inquire, I was told they STILL HAD NOT SHIPPED. Something about product not being available. If that was the case, I should not have been allowed to buy the product in the first place. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. He told me he could not do that. I got even angrier and demanded that he do it. He put me on hold for a couple of minutes and finally said he would credit my account and cancel the order. Absolutely, horrible customer service. I would recommend you do not order from these people if you want your gift to actually be delivered.

I wish I could not even give a star. I ordered two Valentine’s kits and paid for expedited shipping, $102. Expected 2/7. I never received them, called on 2/8, they told me I had to wait until 2/9. Called on 2/9, the girl told me they were out of Valentine’s cookies so she could only replace with Christmas, she’d overnight them and I’d receive 2/11. 2/11, I never received anything. 2/12, they told me they’d refund the shipping. 2/14, I received half my original order and they again charged me $102. On 2/15 I called, they told me they couldn’t do anything because I received my order on 2/14. I said I received half my order. They apologized and said they are out of stock on everything, that my other orders had been canceled without notifying me. They were going to refund my money and give me a $15 gift card.

Funny - when I ordered my son's valentine order in early February I had no idea their definition was they mail it on valentines day - that's funny and annoying. They did arrive today on the 18th, but seriously it kind of missed the point of valentines present?!? They did refund my shipping as a 'courtesy' but never apologized for their error. Apologies mean more to me.

This company is terrible when it comes to shipping and customer service. Placed an order for Valentines cookies on February 2nd, order stated it would be delivered between the 7th - 11th and never received them. I called the morning of Valentines and was on hold forever when I finally got to speak to someone she was no help at all and told me they should deliver by Wednesday, after trying to tell her that they were Valentines cookies and that I actually needed them for Valentines she did refund my $14.99 shipping fee. It’s 3 days after Valentines and still have not received my order. Definitely won’t be ordering anymore for gifts!

This company SUCKS!!!!!!! I've read all the other reviews, everything thing said is absolutely true. Too bad I hadn't seen them prior to ordering. The customer service is non-existent. I had placed an order to go out ASAP and as of 2 weeks later, it STILL had not been delivered. Wait time to speak to anyone is over 45 minutes. Never, never, NEVER ever use this company!

Three of my last five orders have been delivered late or lost. I would cancel my Passport membership, if I could. Order and delivery promises not kept ... such a shame for this local Ohio company.

Order 2 items for my little nieces and nephew for Valentine's Day. Ordered them Jan. 22 for delivery week of Feb. 7. Neither one arrived. I will never order from them or any of their associated companies again.

Honestly this company doesn't deserve even one star. Placed an order in January to be delivered on Valentines day to my husband. Order never showed up so I contacted customer service in which I was told "due to supply issues we are unable to fulfill your order". Ok so why wasn't I notified so I could've made other arrangements for Valentines day?? No response from them. Then I was informed they would issue me a refund but it will take 30 days to reflect my account. 30 DAYS! Quite ridiculous for an issue that was on their end. Do not order from this company as they won't contact you if there are any issues with the order. Then you have to go sit on hold for 30+ minutes to speak with someone just to be told the refund will take a month to get back to you. Extremely unacceptable.
