If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a baby congrats tower. Was given delivery range. Item never arrived. Contacted customer service - got two different explanations - one was it was shipped but no tracking info, the other was the product is no longer available. After 4 phone calls and asking for a supervisor/manager who refused to get on the phone with me or call me back, they offered to ship a replacement item. When I questioned availability first they said it was available, then when I questioned it, they said it wasn't and offered me a CHEAPER item with no refund or credit. Plus the website shows it is available. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER order from Cheryl's cookies again and will warn everyone I know not to order from them. Next time I'll order from Mrs. Fields!

Only gave 1 star because a score of zero was not available. I order an Easter Basket filled with cookies for my child living in another state. I received a confirmation and delivery date along with a charge to my credit card. On the delivery date, the item did not arrive. I called customer service and they stated they were not able to deliver the order as the product was not available and they would refund my account. This was Good Friday. I was not offered a resolution of how to get something different to my child for Easter, just a “your s**t out of luck”vibe. I asked to speak with a supervisor and of course one was not available. I would not order from this company or any subsidiaries as they are not about you the customer, they just want your money and would prefer you move on.

BAD, BAD, BAD!!! I am done with Cheryl's cookies. I used to be a loyal orderer. They have a good product but they can't fulfill their promise. Whatever you order, I GUARANTEE YOU, YOU WON'T GET IT!!! They will bait and switch what you order, they won't let you know what they are doing and then they won't deliver it when they said they would. They are a disaster!!! And I'm not speaking from just one experience. It happens EVERY TIME to me in 2022 (and I placed over 10 orders.....you'd think I would have learned after having it happen twice!!). Don't order. They deserve to go out of business!! I plan to place this review anywhere I can to warn people what a internet disaster they are!!!

I ordered 12 Buttercream Frosted, 6 Butter Shortbread, 6 Classic Chocolate Chip, 4 Oatmeal Raisin, 4 Sugar, 4 Chocolate Obsession, wanted an assortment so I could sample different flavors. I received 24 Buttercream Frosted, 12 Chocolate Chip. I called to complain, was told they do substitute and would send me a $15 off of future orders. I told them not to bother as I would never order from them again. This is unfortunate as the cookies were (at one time) really good. I only wish I would have read these reviews prior to placing the order.

BUYER BEWARE! In spite of Cheryl's Cookies coming individually wrapped, they develop mold very quickly. When I contacted customer service, they said a supervisor would call me back, they never did. So I am leaving this 1-star review in hopes that other people will read this before ordering from this awful company.

Placed an order for a cookie tower for my granddaughter’s birthday and paid for expedited shipping. Order had not arrived the day it was scheduled so called and they finally said it would be another ten days. Got full refund but very disappointed with their service. Will not be ordering from them ever again. Sounds like others have had similar experiences.

Ordered a “cookie tower” for customers of ours as a thank-you. Ordered it at the beginning of January and was notified it wouldn’t be delivered until the beginning of February (which was fine). Never received an email that it was being shipped or delivered, so called a few days later and they claimed the order was delayed and PROMISED it would be sent out on Feb. 21st (which was also fine). On Feb. 17th I received a refund no email no courtesy phone call nothing. So once again I called them and asked them why the order was cancelled and they couldn’t give me a reason, just a lot of lame excuses. I’ve used them before and have been very satisfied, but I won’t ever use their company or any of the companies affiliated with them.

Terrible experience Placed a multi location order had a window for delivery called to get it sooner and got no help with customer service. Tried chatting it was useless either no one responds or they disconnect you. I even had issues canceling the order - not worth the headache - I do not recommend Cheryl's Cookie
