Product doesn’t look at all as represented. A $50 dollar tin of Christmas cookies is tiny and looks like something from the dollar store. Very disappointed.

This company is the worst! I ordered a gift for my daughter's birthday a week in advance and it was never delivered. When I called to find out what happened, there was no explanation and they told me it can't be delivered, not even late. If I had known they couldn't deliver, I could have used another company and had something delivered for my daughter's birthday. I would never order from them again!

Ordered cookies to be sent to a business. I checked to see why I hadn’t received a notice they had been received so I check Cheryl’s website and did a chat. Found out what I ordered wasn’t available. However, they were charged on my credit card. They said they will send something else, but no longer trust them.

Customer service is not good at all. Of my 6 packages, one was not delivered. Two different customer service agents gave conflicting delivery information. They refused to make it right and expected me to pay again to have the package delivered. If you can't get it delivered, why would I pay you again. I ordered one of the packages for myself and the box was very messed up when it arrived. The contents were pretty much okay but the box was smashed. Perhaps they need to reevaluate their delivery service and customer service. Either way, I'm not paying a second time and getting nothing in return. Thumbs down.

Do not buy Cheryl’s cookies. They use illegal business practices including bait and switch. My credit card was charged almost twice what was on my receipt. When I called to cancel suddenly my account was locked!

I received a catalog from Cheryl's. Inside there is an offer for free cookies just need to pay shipping. I wanted to try the cookies so I went to the website as instructed and once there I received a message that stated "We are sorry but the product you selected is not available. Below is selection of top trending products that customers like you have chosen to help connect, express and celebrate." So much for trying their cookies. Then looking at their reviews I'm glad I couldn't order.

I received a catalog with a free shipping coupon on it. I have used this type of coupon before with their sister companies Harry & David and Wolfermann's, so I figured I'd try them. After filling my cart with over $80.00 worth of cookies, the coupon wouldn't work. I used their online chat, for help, which was a 30 minute chat to nowhere. Then I called and was told that the coupon only works if I buy their shipping passport for $19.99. This is called Bait and Switch at the very least, and is deceptive business practices. I said, "So, to get 'free' shipping I have to buy something for $19.99? No way." People, we can't let these shady businesses get away with this. Spend your hard earned money with an honest company with honest sales or promo codes. I won't shop at any of their family brands anymore either, those have terrible ratings now too for product quality.

Got a coupon in the mail and decided to use it on a gift for a family member. The coupon didn't work, but the customer service on chat told me that they'll manually adjust the order. Two weeks later, and with no refund showing up, contacted customer service -- was told "it takes up to 30 days". Two more weeks later -- again, no refund -- was told to wait "30 days" again since "refund was just processed two weeks ago". Asked to talk to the supervisor and was told that "supervisor is not available" and will call me back later. Seriously?
