This is the second time I tried Cheryl's for a Valentine's Day gift. I ordered a tin of cookies for my little grand daughter on 2/4 and they never made it. Talked to a representative who said that they would replace it - oh except now they are out of what I ordered and everything else suggested as a replacement was less than what I originally ordered and of course would not be in time for Valentine's Day. No empathy or even really trying from the representative. Second time this has happened. I will never order from them again.

We have been customers of Cheryl's Cookies for 10 years and have spent over $40k with this Cheryl's. I say this to let you know we have been loyal customers for years. Over the past several years the customer service has deteriorated from tolerant to now, non-existent. Several orders never made to their destination. The shipping form is supposed to be updated on Cheryl’s website so I know they can see what is delivered and what is not delivered. Had I not followed up with my customers I would had not known gifts were not delivered, and Cheryl's would have kept my money. I called every number listed for Cheryl's but the number I was given to call was the one for customer service in India. "Customer service" in India said they could do nothing about it. Forget Cheryl's Cookies. If you want to be treated kindly then buy from C. Kruegers at ckruegers.com instead. They treat you right.

received 7 catalogs from them today. Not a single of the addressees is us and we are in a new home. Tried to reach out to them to explain that their mailer is wasting their money, but they're contact us is only interested in orders. Their chat is only interested in orders and there is no email.

Shipping is very slow…originally FedEx delivery but, somehow in the shipping process USPS can get involved as the final deliverer. EVERY TIME the USPS gets involved in package delivery, there is either slower delivery or no package arrival. The Passport Program should be identifying members initially based on your name, email address, home address, etc., without extra sign in nonsense….too many complications in obtaining your free shipping under the Passport Program. If there is a problem being charged shipping as a Passport member or if there is a shipping problem, “CHERLYS COOKIES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST TO DEAL WITH”!!! Good product but, shipping method & customer service both are terrible .

No issue with shipping or customer service.. but the cookies themselves are awful. Hard and not fresh at all. We literally threw it away after everyone in the house gave it a shot. Definitely works not order again. Not the company it was back in the day.

Have to agree with all the previous reviews. Terrible company. I ordered a Christmas gift on December 6. On December 23rd, when it hadn’t been delivered, I contacted them and was told the product I had paid for almost a month ago was not available. In that time frame, I was not notified once there was a problem with the order. This seems to be a recurring issue with them. December 23rd and no way to get a present to the people I had bought these for by Christmas. Do not order from them. There are other, better cookie companies out there.

Ordered a Christmas Basket for in-laws on December 2. It is stuck in limbo between UPS and USPS and WILL NOT BE DELIVERED before Christmas. It is spending time someplace around San Francisco. DO NOT USE CHERYL'S for a Christmas gift to Hawaii or Alaska or anyplace remote in the lower 48 unless you order by Labor Day. Their customer service guarantee of 100% satisfaction is pure fiction. If ZERO stars were possible that's what I would use.

I placed an order of 60 different cookie baskets on December 2nd for a total of $3500 to be all delivered on December 19th, just in time for Christmas. What I ordered looked beautiful and had a nice variety of cookies with different frostings and pieces. They were in stock when I placed the order. Cheryl’s ran out of stock and decided to do nothing at all. Nobody contacted me to ask if I want to replace the order with something else or anything. I called on the evening of December 19th and a clueless customer service representative told me I need to call next day the business center. Which I did. Then I got transferred few times and ended up speaking with someone. I was assured me via email that ALL the cookie baskets were re-ordered and sent on December 20th. They were not. I told customer service about that on December 20th after I received the spreadsheet that showed tracking numbers to about 10 of them and the rest were missing. On the morning of December 22nd, I called again and spoke with few other customer representatives, and I finally found a supervisor to help me. After spending 2.5 hours on the phone with him, going thru about re-ordering 13 of the orders, he assured me he will take care of all the rest and get back to me. Which he did a few hours later just to tell me it is still not completely done but he will get back to me later, which he did not. ALL of these orders that needed to be replaced (I presume about 45 of them) are not going to arrive in time for Christmas. So we basically deliver Christmas cookies after Christmas because of the incompetence of this company. Let me also mention that nothing of what I ordered initially was sent. They replaced my beautiful orders of cookies with boring cookie red and green replacements. (Yes, I asked the people that actually received them to send me pictures). About 15 of the 60 orders were received as of December 23rd. I am not even sure the rest will be sent yet as I still don’t have a confirmation. It is unacceptable to do business this way and Cheryl’s lost us as customers. We have been ordering cookies every year for our volunteers. They were looking forward to receiving these cookies and now they will not. Our order did not go in time, what was sent was NOT what I ordered and instead were sent boring cookies. Of course, there is still no assurance the last 45 pieces of the order were even sent.
