Cheryl's Cookies and BrowniesReviews of cheryls.com

I ordered cookies for my friends birthday. On the 21sr of jun and still not shipped as of 24th. I called and they are saying the should ship and arrive on the 3rd of July. They are being shipped from Columbus ohio and being shipped to Loudonville Ohio. Called customer service and nothing done . So don’t expect delivery time for a special event because they won’t arrive in time.

I've used Cheryl's as gifts 5 times prior and never had a problem until this time. The website automatically updated the address to be incorrect and also a coupon I had didn't apply. I immediately canceled the order but never got my money back. I have been back and forth with Cheryl's on multiple email threads and called them several times to the point I was screaming at the CS rep and all they do is tell me that they canceled my order, however the money is not being released back to my PayPal account. It is still being held. Cheryl's tells me it's PayPal's problem. I have also been on the phone with PayPal, ans per PayPal, the vendor (Cheryls) needs to void the transaction on their side but they won't do it no matter how many emails I write. Nor will they send me an official cancellation confirmation so technically I never cancelled my order. One CS rep sent me one she typed up herself to try to appease me. So now I am stuck with no order and lost money thanks to Cheryl's because their outsourced Indian customer service reps are USELESS and repeats the same script they've been given over and over again with zero actual problem solving. PayPal has told me worst case scenario that I can go back and dispute this in 30 days which I find to be absolute BS, because returning my money simply through a click of a button is too much work for Cheryl's to do from their side.

Do not buy from this company! Cookies were tasteless and dry. Also when trying to reach customer service, they were not helpful. Very overpriced and couldn't use promo code that was advertised. Never again will we order from them. Stay away!

Extremely slow shipping with Fed Ex Smart Post. Reached out to customer service after my order had bounced around lost for over 7 days. I expressed concern that the order would be stale if it ever got there at all, but was told to wait for it to be delivered and the agent kept sending me the tracking number as if that solved the issue. For $10 shipping that was labeled as Fed Ex not Fed Ex Smart Post, I am very disappointed and will not use this co again.

I placed 2 orders with this company. Neither order had the complimentary card enclosed saying who the cookies were from. So neither order knew one who the cookies came from. Talking with the company was s as waste of time. Will not order again!

The cookies taste fine but I didn't realize red and other colored dyes were part of the ingredients. These dyes have been proven to be bad for health. Until these dangerous dyes are taken out I won't be buying any of Cheryl's cookies. What's wrong with using healthy colors from organic sources?

They are part of 1800 Flowers Do not order from here. Thought this was a cute gift for a friend. Ordered 3 days ahead of time and it didn't get there. I'm told it could get there on the 28th at the soonest when I ordered it on the 21st! Complete waste of time and now it looks like I forgot my friends birthday because it didn't arrive when it was supposed to. After refusing the new delivery they finally gave my money back. Highly unimpressed and disappointed. Do not recommend!!

I spent way too much and I did this because I wanted to give the gift of amazing cookies and brownies for Valentine’s Day but the refrigerated bake at home cookies are 1000% better and the Betty Crocker brownies you make from a box wayyyy surpass the flavor and texture of Cheryl’s. I cannot express my level of disappointment. No one I have had try them disagrees with me, either, so I CANNOT recommend these to ANYONE. I am soooo bummed… they literally promised something that did not deliver, amazing cookies and brownies, and ruined my gift.
