Thanks for the feedback, Jesse, and we apologize you are unhappy with the service you received. I am responding to provide some context around this order. The order placed was not for a traditional sample; we do offer free samples of some products. Please reach out to customer support if you ever have a sample request. This order was placed for a product listed on our website, the pricing was provided up front and did not change throughout the entirety of the order. We did take longer to respond to the quote than usual for us, 10 days, but we were able to respond. We have followed up 3 times since and haven’t heard back. As a marketplace specializing in chemicals, we have policies for our orders. As a company, we only ship to businesses at verified commercial addresses. This policy can be found in our FAQs and is stated throughout the checkout process. These policies and e-mails are implemented to deter unqualified and/or nefarious buyers from accessing products that may be dangerous to themselves or the public. As you mentioned, working with these policies is easy if a buyer works with our customer service team. I want to note that this order was not delayed. The estimated delivery on the product purchased was 3/8, it was delivered on 3/7, a day earlier than anticipated. Thank you for placing an order with ChemDirect.
