ChemDirect has a well designed, fast, and comprehensive user interface. It is easy to search by CAS# and find available options for a given chemical. Prices are competitive and I appreciate the estimated arrival date shown for every item. The arrival time has been accurate and customer service is great. Criticisms would be: No expedited shipping. Would like to see more discounts for repeat purchasing.

Easy to work with and timely deliveries.

The customer service and communication were phenomenal. They have a pretty good selection of commonly used chemicals and usually you have a choice between multiple suppliers which is nice and can make shipping multiple items more convenient.
