The order placed was not for a traditional sample; we do offer free samples of some products. Please reach out to customer support if you ever have a sample request. This order was placed for a product listed on our website, the pricing was provided up front and did not change throughout the entirety of the order. We did take longer to respond to the quote than usual for us, 10 days, but we were able to respond. We have followed up 3 times since and haven’t heard back. They took my order, and charged me. Despite knowing they couldn't fulfill my order. Yet, they are procrastinating when it comes to refunding me. *Most of their response is simply untrue. Even now, they still have not even removed the hold on the payment.

Good afternoon, Jody, This order was placed Saturday morning, Jan. 27th, at 4:35am. ChemDirect reached out at 8:35 pm on Sunday, Jan. 28th, to reiterate that a commercial address was needed. A reply was received at 9:56 pm from you that there was no commercial address available, and we confirmed the order was canceled and the hold would be removed from your account on Monday, Jan. 29th, at 8:17 am. During our checkout process, we make the requirements for the order known, but this was disregarded during checkout. We understand things happen, which is why we reach out to confirm the address before canceling the order. We received the order, reached out to request additional information, and removed the hold on the payment method, all within 52 hours, over a weekend. I understand your frustration around a canceled order, but we do make the requirements clear during checkout, and we canceled and removed the hold from your payment method in an extremely timely manner.
