would love to actually leave a review about the product, but like many on here, i ordered early december for xmas present, was promised 2-4 business day free delivery. few days before xmas called customer service as no tracking was ever sent (also as promised)... customer service asks you to leave a voicemail lol. did this 2x over next couple of weeks, and emailed them twice too. needless to say, package never arrived, i have no idea how to track to see where it might be. they had absolutely no problem billing me of course. stopped payment on credit card. what kind of BS operation is this.

ordered far enough ahead of time that it was to arrive before Christmas but here we are New years eve and can get any info. NO tracking not hey were running late, just nothing. Return policy they claim but no cancelation option. I think we were scammed. A BIG DO NOT BUY

Ordered Chef Preserve on Dec 19, 2025. Was sent an email Dec 29, stating my product was undeliverable because I wasn't home to sign for it. But I was told I could have a replacement gift valued up to $100 if I agreed to pay another shipping and handling charge. I just want my money back, but they refuse to refund my card. What if I take a replacement gift - will they say they tried to deliver that one too, and take it back saying I wasn't home to sign for that one also. This has happened twice - both times with FedEx. Make sure if you order something that looks like a great deal, that it's not delivered by FedEx - they are thieves!!

I ordered and was charged on November 28,2025. I never received an order confirmation or delivery information. There is no phone number to call, and all of my emails have gone unanswered. At best, this is the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. At worst this is a scam.

Ordered for Christmas on 12/14.Got a tracking email on 12/23 but it was never shipped!Terrible customer service.

I am having the same issues that many on here are having. I ordered this. I haven’t received a shipping confirmation and I can’t get a response from their customer service. I’m going to dispute this charge with my credit card.

Ordered this as a Christmas present a week before Christmas with a 2-3 business day shipping timeline. Never got an update on shipping and no tracking information is available. Item still has not arrived. Shipping states "Waiting for details."

Ordered on 12/12/25 and it hasn't even shipped yet. Which is very disappointing as my wife had asked for this as a Christmas gift. I'm disputing the charge with my CC company and trying to cancel the order with these losers!
