ChefpreserveReviews of chefpreserve.com

I've had 2 small problems with products. Both times, I received help beyond what I had expected. I love the glass containers, but had a small problem with the lid on one of them. The company responded quickly and willingly corrected the issue. Good company!

This is so handy to use. I was recently diagnosed with Alpha-Gal, the allergy to mammal meat and by-products. I'm eating mostly chicken breast. I buy a 5 or 10 pound bag and separate and repack using my Chef Perserve. I ordered extra bags as I am going to start meal prepping and make freezer meals. I appreciate the bags being reusable to save on replacement expenses.

The simplicity of keeping food fresh with zip bags and the Chefpreserve tool. My food stays fresh longer. air I love the tight containers and bags can be used in the freezer, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. I demonstrate to others how easy this is. Love it! I plan on giving this as Christmas presents.

Reached out regarding a warranty claim for my sealer. The staff responded quickly and provided nothing short of exceptional customer service. My replacement sealer is on its way. My family has saved money and I’ve been able to provide fresher and healthier food because of this amazing product. Great job and thank you!

I recently ordered a Chef Preserve and I cannot say enough about the extraordinary commitment, dedication, and exceptional customer service I received from Christine at Chef Preserve. When a delivery issue arose due to USPS failing to deliver my order, Christine immediately stepped in and worked tirelessly to ensure the matter was resolved. I am profoundly grateful to Christine and the entire Chef Preserve team for their unwavering determination to make sure I received my order. Throughout the process, Christine's communication was prompt, positive, reassuring, and highly professional. She consistently kept me informed and demonstrated genuine care and concern for my satisfaction as a customer. In more than three-quarters of a century of life, I can honestly say that this was among the finest customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Christine and her team went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, turning a frustrating situation into an experience marked by kindness, integrity, and excellence. I am deeply thankful and truly blessed by the exceptional support I received. Chef Preserve is fortunate to have Christine representing their organization, and I offer my highest recommendation and heartfelt appreciation to both her and the entire team.

Buying food for one person is very difficult especially if you don't like fast food that much, yes it's convenient but it's expensive also so I like to make meals, and freeze what I don't eat,but by the time I get to some of them, most of the time they would be freezer burned and then ended up in the trash until I found this great product, now I make meals, store The leftovers and whatever size bag I have from Chefpreserve and enjoy a good meal whenever I take it out of the freezer just as good as it was when I put it in the freezer! I also buy a whole rotisserie chicken that's marked down to around $4 and shred every bit of it put it in little bags then I put it in a Chef preserve bag so it makes around 30 meals for my little fur baby! This has been the best product I have bought over many years I can't wait to get my bags I've ordered so I can freeze more things and it'll be a short time when I won't have to go to the grocery store for quite a while because my meals will be ready to be pulled out of the freezer just as fresh as when I put them in! Thank you Chef preserve for making my life easier!

Had a Chef Preserve vacuum sealer for about a year and a half. It developed a problem, contacted support, very responsive and helpful. Sent them a copy of the purchase receipt in case they need it (which would be understandable). They are sending me a replacement, no hassle, no back and forth! If you're considering purchasing the sealer, it works great, and love that you can reuse the vacuum bags. ~Paul
