ChefpreserveReviews of chefpreserve.com

I love this product and am a little lost without it since it quit working recently. The thing is that they are standing by their 2 year warranty and will be sending me a new one...thank goodness. I love this product and would highly recommend to everyone.

I love this product. It is so easy to use. No more machines and bags that you have to cut for the right size. I love that the bags come in different sizes that are some easy to use. To me it is the best thing since sliced bread.

Chef Preserve. I am so very impressed with this company. I placed an order and the next day asked if I could cancel that order. They immediately canceled and issued a full refund back to my credit card. They could teach corporate classes on customer service. This is the kind of service that people appreciate and keeps them coming back. I hope they are very successful. Thank you

This was a Christmas gift from my daughter and so far I am loving it. I have only used it a few times and charged it. I have no complaints so far. Also it came with a ton of bags. Thank you.

Received my vacuum sealer as a gift in November. I have been using for 3 months with no problems. It does a good job sealing and it was easy to set up. I charged it up and started using. I find that a small bag might be better for me personally, but I think that most users will be families.

I initially could not receive any customer service. They finally did reach out to me and offered to make it right, which I very much appreciated. Apparently, they had a bad apple in customer service. I absolutely love the product and use is daily. So simple and fast!

I love my Chef Preserve. I've been using it for almost a year and I still haven't had to charge it. I just received a second one for another home. I use it to freeze all my meat. The meat stays fresh with no freezer burn whatsoever. I wash out the bags by hand, which is no big deal. It's also great for freezing bagels. The only thing you have to do is put the bagels in the freezer for a while before you put them in bag to seal them because if they are fresh and soft they will be crushed. Don't be put off by the negative delivery reviews. It really is a great product.

Update review: Brother received his gift and is happy with it. Also, Chefpreserve reached out and explained why communication was lacking, and shipping was delayed. Ordered on 12/18/25 as it was the only gift listed on my brothers elfster. I have emailed asking when item will be received and have only received auto generated emails. Next step is BBB to complain.
