Ordered two devices and neither work. No customer service response and the online phone number is a fake number.

As of 3-17/26, same problem. I still don’t have it. I ordered the product (order C172122573P) on Nov 13th and still don’t have it. I have sent 3 emails asking for response. It’s unsettling being out $79 without an explanation. I am requesting a credit back to my original payment. Tracey

Like others, I waited a long time for my product. I wasn't upset about that, as it was the holidays and this looked like a great item to give as a gift. My complaint is its performance. It works NOTHING like shown in the advertisement. I was sure to read the directions, followed all the Do's and Don'ts and even had someone else give it a try. It didn't work AT ALL. I'm grateful I didn't order any additional bags or containers. I will be requesting a refund.

I loved it for exactly 1 month, then it quit sucking. I could not even help with pushing the air out. 5 times I have asked for my money or a new product. As I write today, I have only had my machine for 2 months, then when you try to get a phone # thy pubulish - 1 888-123-4567 - I guess that they think that we are all fools

FRAUD, SCAM! Returned the item with their RMS still no refund! RUN!! Total piece of !!!

This company is a scam. I ordered my device on 12/15 and it never arrived. Yet my credit card was charged twice for different amounts by a company disguised as lighting. There is no phone number on their website but there was a toll-free merchant number in my bank record. It was bogus and I was immediately disconnected. My bank confirmed the charges were fraudulent.

Confirmé par ma banque pour un achat que je n’ai jamais reçu : fraude. Heureusement, j’ai été remboursée par l’assurance; mais ils ont tout de même empoché l’argent!
