ChefpreserveReviews of chefpreserve.com

The product is small, portable and easy to use. Sits on the counter or stores easily in a drawer. The bags are easy to order and come in covienent sizes. Also, makes it easy to keep the freezer, fridge organized.

This sealing product is easy to use. The bags are a bit expensive but are reusable unlike other sealing products. The sealing tool is also very user friendly. What surprised me is when the sealing is completed, the tool stops by itself so you v don't have to guess if the sealing is complete or not. I would recommend this to everyone in need of a sealer.

It's easy to use. I like that it's small. I use it all the time.

I love my Chef Preserve, first and foremost. But, then I saw and ad that said they were dishwasher safe so I put one of my Medium bags in my DW, lower slide cuz it was fairly tall. Well, it melted during the dry cycle. It did NOT damage my DW but the bag was a mess. I contacted Chef Preserve to "complain" that they shouldn't advertise "dishwasher safe". (apparently it is okay for the small bags on top level). This company offered to replace my Medium sized bag and I was thrilled. When my package arrived, it was for the FULL TEN BAGS (5 small/5 medium). NO CHARGE. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND IT'S PRODUCT AND REALLY CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. They are often few and far between. But, I honestly can't say enough as to how much I love this product! And, I definitely promote it to my friends!

WOW!! This unit is unbelievable. It’s compact, removes all the air out of the bags. Clean up easy either by hand and let them air dry. We use the bags for freezing and “no freezer burn”. Fresh just like when we sealed them. Highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered extra bags. Ordering was easy, and they were delivered promptly. I use my chef preserve all the time and love it. Less food wasted and reusable bags are great for the environment. I keep white duck tape in the drawer with it and use that to label the bags when I fill them. Then I just peel it off when I finish the food and it's ready to go for the next use.

Love ❤️ LOVE all of MY CHEFPRESERVE❣️ Saving and making food last longer🥰

I ordered this product 5 months ago but put it away and only tried to use it now. The vacuum sealer didn’t work. I had the original box and the card that came along with it giving me the customer help email address. I emailed for support. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I purchased the product 5 months ago. I can’t say enough on the amazing customers service that I received! Christine responded to my emails quickly and provided helpful suggestions in an effort to assist. I could tell that it was NOT an automated reply - someone/Christine was actually on the other end listening to my concerns and doing her best to help me out. I’m looking forward to having this product resent so I can start using it and save my money!! I think every household should have one of these, especially with the price of food these days… save your money!!!
