Chefpreserve is the best kitchen item I ever bought! I also got my sister and a friend one. They say the same thing it’s the best!! I take everything out of boxes and put them in the bags. More space in the fridge and freezer. Thank you!!

Love hearing that it’s become a go-to in your kitchen—and even better that you’ve shared it with your sister and a friend too. That kind of word-of-mouth means a lot. Really glad it’s helping you save space in the fridge and freezer as well.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service team at Chef Preserve. My vacuum sealer stopped working, and the support team was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. They quickly replaced the broken vacuum sealer without any hassle. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands behind its products and cares about its customers. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend Chef Preserve to others!

Was not to sure about this little unit. But was very suprised. It works great. I have reused the bags a few times with no issue yet. of course only time will tell. It's quick and easy to open a block of cheese cut what I need and reseal air tight again. Love it.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Love hearing that it ended up surprising you in a good way. The quick reseal for things like cheese is exactly the kind of everyday use we hoped it would make easier. Appreciate you giving it a try and taking the time to leave a review!

Great customer service!!! I don't mind being the one to have the rare product glitch - when the product representative is so nice and helpful - and my issue is resolved. That being said, I really like this little vaccum device! My husband does too, and we were prepared to have to buy another one. Fortunately however, Chefpreserve was awesome and shipped a new one as soon as I reported our problem:-) You will love this item - buy it! BTW- the small vaccum bags are perfect for keeping brown sugar!!

Thank you so much for your kind words! Really glad we could get that sorted quickly for you, and even better to hear you and your husband are both enjoying the device. That’s exactly what we aim for—simple fixes and happy customers. Appreciate the recommendation and the tip about brown sugar too—that’s a great use!
