This is a great concept and I would have loved it if it would have been effective across the board. Like others have said when you get the air out and seal the bag it only takes a day or two for it to leak. But the bigger issue for me was, you cannot put anything in these bags that is soft such as soup or chili Etc, because it sucks right through the hole when you put the machine on it.

The vacuum and bags appear to work as described in the first month. However, I also ordered two set of three glass containers; only one glass container was delivered. Customer Service was ineffective in resolving my issue. Fortunately, PayPal stepped up and offered a partial credit refund.

Those bags do not work the bag stars to open as soon as it is seal. All the vegetable spoiled faster than just putting them in the refrigerator the smell stays in the bags how ever the container do work. THIS IS A BIG SCAM I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BY THIS

I started out, loving the product. Until it stopped working well within the two year warranty.. I’ve left four request on the help submit a warranty claim. I’ve still not gotten any reply. I think that sucks as a company. I’m in the customer service business retail/customer service. I can see why you’re overall review are to average. If I was considering this product, I strongly recommend you read the reviews and as long as it works, it’s a great product, but if there’s an issue, they do not stand behind it or so far I’ve had an awful experience. Do not use it with liquid because that will surely screw it up even though they said you can I am really disappointed in the company‘s customer service. Y’all should be ashamed of your lack of care and concern to your customers. You probably won’t read this and you still will not reply.

I order this on December 18, and it was suppose to be here by Christmas. Today, Tuesday December 23, 2025, have not received and it better get here before! This is a present and if it does not arrive, I will send back unopened!!

I found that the medium bags did not always work well. Some did and most didn’t even with one item On the bag. I also found most of the vegetables were wet & smelly after a few days even though all of the air had been sucked out. It probably works better with items you want to put directly into the freezer. I through out a lot of vegetables that normally would have been still good after a few days even though very smelly & wet.

The vacuum sealer stopped working after using it 3x. Tried charging it, but it won't charge. I tried contacting the company without success . I punched this product less than a month ago thru Klarna.

Sometimes it works. sometimes it doesn't. I can not use the bags after they have gpne through the dishwasher. What is the prioblem?
