I love this product. I had an unfortunate delivery of an order I placed recently. It was not what I ordered at all. Christine was very nice and concerned. She told me to take a picture of everything that came in the box, plus the shipping label. I also sent a copy of what I did order. She went out of her way I think, because I was in contact with her over 5-6 emails every step of the way. In the end, I was told my order was replaced for 2 sets out of the 3 of some dishware I had ordered, but I also had one set in the order they mailed that was wrong. In the end, everything was made right. She was kind, courteous, and very efficient in her processing this claim. Best Customer Service I have ever received!! I highly recommend their products and now I can I highly recommend their Customer Service and know their customers will be treated right.

Absolutely love the vacuum sealer for preserving and also use for packing clothes when travelling. The XL size is perfect. Delivery to Australia was within a few days and service staff responded to my queries. Brilliant product. Highly recommended.

This is the greatest purchase I've made in a long time. I used to lose my shredded cheese to mold regularly. I haven't lost a bit of cheese since I got this sealer. The bags are very sturdy and easily washed. Kind of fun watching all the air getting removed! Lol Well worth the price even if you only use it for cheese, but I've found many uses. I've had the device for some time, but recently had a customer service question, and, their customer service is absolutely the best. Such a pleasure in a world where customer service has become almost non existent. Thank you for a wonderful product and great service!

This came very quickly! So darn handy and easy to use. Takes up very little space. Excellent product. Highly recommend this product. Glad I have it.
