Receiving the cheese we ordered and the extra gift cheese is great, however all of the packaging is difficult to recycle, particularly the styrofoam. Because of this, we cannot order again from your store....sadly.
Response from cheeselovershop.comAug 31, 2021
Hi Beulah, thank you for your feedback. As discussed by email, we cannot take packaging back since we are a food manufacturer. Please refer to our page: https://www.cheeselovershop.com/our-eco-friendly-packaging/ We are currently in the process of rolling out a 100% recycled and sustainable packaging. This is done as we are rolling out our old packaging inventory (Styrofoam). It has been implemented already for all large orders since we have few box sizes available, that we are using depending of order size. Hopefully you'll give us another try in a few months and all will be fully completed. Warmly - Sebastien

Cheese was GREAT! 3rd time we sent their cheese baskets as gifts, got jealous and bought one for ourselves. The packaging kept everything cold even in the desert heat! Ton of reusable ice packs and a quality foam cooler.

Hi Kris, thank you for taking the time to write a review and we are glad our shipping boxes still perform in the desert. Thank you for your business and hope to see you soon again on cheeselovershop.com

Thank you for an awesome product and an awesome customer experience. Your website was easy to navigate (first time customer). Your products are relevant and priced well. You processed my order quickly, and when I was impatient and was trying to get delivery feedback, you answered right away and my product had just shipped when you replied to me.
