First time ordering.... Never recieved it. Paid for it and nothing.
Response from cheeselovershop.comMay 10, 2022
Hi Allyson - we can only sympathize as this is not an ideal situation. Once we received your note yesterday we started a trace request with FedEx since your box shows as delivered. We understand you do not want to have to deal with this and we want to make sure we are taking all the proper steps to resolve this. We have emailed you with options to move forward in solving with a goal to make it satisfactory. Looking forward to hearing from you. With much warmth - Sebastien

Dr. Gundry stressed the importance of eating dairy and cheese from France or Italy (caisen A-2 cows). My husband and I have been looking for blue cheese made in France for years. I saw the youtube ad the cheeselovershop bought. Went to their website and yes! We placed an order and will happily be ordering again! We really like the eco cold packs cheeselovershop.com uses! Frozen garden food! What a great packaging idea! We live in South Texas. It is early May and already had 100 degrees temperatures. The cheese arrived safely at a cool but not cold temperature with 2-day delivery. Next time, we will opt to pay extra for the next day delivery.

Hi Ruthie - thank you so much for the review. So happy to hear we solved a problem! Yes Texas is getting hot and any slight delays can impact the delivery. We continue to monitor the weather forecasts to make sure all deliveries are satisfactory. Please share our site with friends and family! Warmly- Sebastien

I paid 1 day shipping but one of my two packages came after 2 days
Response from cheeselovershop.comMay 3, 2022
Hello Randy - thank you for taking the time to write a review and sharing your experience. I have looked into your order and saw that we did ship overnight your order. The delay was caused by FedEx for which we do not have any control over how they operate their business. We will start an investigation with them to see what happened. We still hope to see you again on cheeselovershop.com
