Product is always great, but two of the three freezer packs exploded getting everything wet. I was able to repack and salvage as a former cheese professional.
Response from cheeselovershop.comNov 15, 2022
Hi Christine - thank you so much for your review! Sorry to hear about the freeze pack issue. Looks like your box went thru some extra turbulences. Don't hesitate to reach out to the customer team via email if you need further assistance or replacements due to the leakage! Happy Holidays! Sebby

The cheese is just ok. I can find it in the store. Kind of bland all over. But the goat cheese was delicious.
Response from cheeselovershop.comNov 9, 2022
Hi Kelly - thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. I was looking at the cheeses you ordered and are sorry they did not match your taste buds. St Agur was just awarded GOLD at the World Cheese Awards and Supreme received BRONZE - in their respective categories. Since we ship nationwide, some cheese will be found in stores, and some wont. For your next trial, I would recommend to try Esquirrou - PDO Ossau Iraty - that was awarded 2018 World Champion in WI or Caprice des Dieux, a French staple. Warmly - Sebastien
