From beginning to end, our processor was there to help every step of the way. It was easy and quick.

I could not be happier with the service and personal care I received from Will and Patrick of CheerLending in refinancing my home. They exceeded my expectations in so many ways, especially at this point in time while all of us have to endure with the pandemic ravaging our society. I want to thank them personally for all they have done in helping me find the best rate and service available to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a home!

I reached out to CheerLending after seeing an ad on the television. Judge Hammond was my first point of contact and he explained the refinance procedure to me in detail. The information requested was sent via text and email. Judge followed up with me every few days. The entire process was painless, fast, and quite truly the best loan experience I have ever had. After Judge got all info and the process started, he sent me over to a loan coordinator, Jasmien. She handled all the last minute details and questions from the underwriter. She went over the facts and figures with my husband and I and made sure we were okay with the process. Once everything was approved (maybe a week), a local notary came to our home for the actual documents signing. The entire process was quick, easy and non-threatening. A most pleasant loan experience.

Working with the company was an experience of excellence and professionalism. Kristin and Caprise were so helpful beyond any of my expectations. Caprise was so patient, humble and caring. She was so graceful helping with all of my questions and concerns. The beautiful qualities she exudes is truly an asset to the company. Thank you Cheerlending for all of your support.

I worked with Patrick and Amy and they were both fantastic! Super responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. The process was so smooth and quick. I would definitely work with them again. Thank you!

Will and Patrick were thorough and professional. They answered every question we had and explained the process completely so there were no surprises. The turnaround to refinance our house was less then 45 days from start to finish. When others are up to 6 months. Highly recommend- great overall experience! Laura from SWFL

I want to thank Will Pomerich and Patrick Grimm for their help and guidance with getting my home refinanced. They made it seamless and easy for someone who has never had to handle a refinance before. They answered all questions and explained everything every step of the way. I feel very fortunate and thank God for guiding me to them.

My husband and I have tried to refinance several times over the last 3 years with no success. Living in the country and being self employed were circumstances that caused various problems to lenders but thanks to Patrick Grimm and William Pomerich at Cheerlending they were able to overcome all of the obstacles and get us a very good interest rate in a very timely manner. Pat and Will were incredibly helpful, responsive and caring. Thank you so much. You have made our retirement years so much more secure and stress free! Joy & Jim
