Hello to all let me start out saying Judge Hammond and Yasmin did a fantastic job on getting our re fi done.Very prompt on answering questions and always kept us informed on any changes I highly recommend cheerlending to any one who needs mortgage help. THANKS YOU GUYS GERALD HALL!!!

So this was my second time working with CheerLending. I did a refi last year with them and again this year. In fact I just closed my loan this week. I have to say that working with CheerLending has been the best experience I have ever had working with a mortgage lender. The staff is so great particularly Kristin and Justin. It was such a pleasure to work with them and this time around they were able to secure me a better deal than my last refi. I honestly didn't think I would be able to do another refi so quickly but because the market has been so crazy they were able to reach out to me and make me aware of what they could do for me. They were so easy to work with once again and are very knowledgeable which makes the whole process from start to finish as simple for you as possible. I can't say enough great things about the folks over at CheerLending. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage lender. Thanks again!

The entire process working with Cheerlending was the best home buying experience I've had so far, and I've brought 3 other homes in the past. They were professional, kept all appointments, and always made you feel you were a very important client. It was truly a pleasure. Nancy Hamann

Judge was very helpful and patient. My situation was a little more challenging . Patrick was extremely helpful, they both worked together as a team kept me informed every step of the way. They are highly trained professionals. I was able to refinance to a lower rate exactly what I wanted. I'm so glad that I went with Cheerlending. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

While looking at a local news station, Cheerlending was recommended by the news anchor. Since I have listen to the local news and this particular News Anchor, I decided to call. I initially spoke with Nate and later with Justin. They both worked together and kept me up to date on the loan process. I related to them my needs and expectations for the loan. They were able to accomplish the loan in what I consider record time, and get the things I wanted at a real great rate. I highly recommend CheerLending and make sure you request Nate and Justin to work with you.

I had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. I say a big thank you to the entire management and the team members.

KRON 4 started my contact with CheerLending Company. It was a "Community Service" announcement I saw and heard on TV. This announcement made me confident to contact CheerLending regarding my refinancing. My trust was right away without question. However, I thought of for awhile, and said, what am I doing? I should at least, know whom I'm giving my trust with and my personal information. So I started to ask questions and many more questions, at first, hesitancy was felt, but reassurance was offered with kind heart. Amy and Patrick continued to respond to my queries. I admire their giving me time to whenever I contact them, responses were received . Finally, after weeks and weeks of them working on my refinance, the clear path to the finish line was achieved. The result was a successful refinance. My husband and I are happy of their work well done! Thank you very much
