I'm giving Will and Caprise 5 stars because of their professionalism while dealing with us. We've done re-finances before but we were really impressed with the way that schedule for communication was kept and that we were thoroughly informed about every step of the process, Our thanks to the entire team.

My wife Suzanne and I contacted Will Pomerich from Cheer Lending for a refinance on our home. Will and Jessica Sisson met all of our expectations. The two were very good communicators, they were extremely organized and responsive. Jessica is an absolute customer service standout. Our refinance was completed in half the time estimated by other companies. The rate we were able to lock will enable our household to realize monthly savings. Anytime we had any questions they were available. Will made it a point to be available during our signing process. The level of professionalism is greatly appreciated, we would not hesitate to recommend cheer lending to any of our friends or family.

Working with Will & Jessica was a pleasure, they were very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful with my refinance. They meant all my needs & made it a smooth, seamless process. They even helped clear up some issues with my title. Teresa La Spada

Since the market has become very favorable to refinance, as interest rates have dropped significantly, I started exploring the possibility of refinancing my current VA mortgage loan (only 5 years into the loan). I did some research and talked to multiple companies/banks/lenders (at least 5) to gather some basic information and some numbers. CheerLending was by far the best option as they provided me with the lowest interest rate, lowest closing costs and straight up answers. Additionally, CheerLending's customer service was the best; very friendly and honest. They are always there to guide you in every step of the way and to answer any questions that you might have. Nate Lighter (my loan advisor) and Caprice Giddens (my loan coordinator) were the best! They provided me with great customer service (always there to answer my questions and help me in any way possible); they made the process extremely simple and seamless for me. The process was extremely efficient and fast. If you are looking to refinance give CheerLending a chance an you will find out that they are the best option out there (regardless of the type of loan that you have or want). Thank you for all the help CheerLending!

CheerLending gave me the best deal possible. I received an exceptional service during the entire process. All of my needs were met and everything was handled thoroughly and efficiently. I can not praise Kristin and Jessica enough, for their outstanding service.

Kristin, Yasmin & Jessica were wonderful. Helpful & always on top of things even when they had to work from home. As anyone who has refi'd their home knows, the process is stressful. These ladies made it less so!

This is the second time i've worked with Kristin Hinitt. I refinanced and six months later rates were lower and refinanced again a WHOLE POINT LOWER. Very pleased with the process and Kristin Hinitt and Caprise Giddens made it all that much better. Very knowledgeable about their work and pleasant to work and talk to. Highly recommended to my friends and family. Again thank you Kristin and Caprise. It is time for a raise.
