I worked with Judge and Jessica at Cheerlending on my mortgage refinance. Both were very professional, easy to work with and always responded quickly to any questions I had. I would recommend Cheerlending to anyone wishing to refinance their mortgage. Gwynne Steiner Marco Island, FL

My name is Kane Thomas and recently used cheerlending to refinance my house. They made this an easy, painless process. All my cares and concerns were immediately addressed and I always felt like I was in good hands. Thanks for all your help, especially Nate Lightner and Justin Hardaway, couldn't have done it without your attention to detail!

Alas, no longer are the days in which serious financial decisions are conducted with the trust building human factors like personal referrals or “eye-to-eye conversations. Much less the affirmations of such confidence that a hand-shake brings to seal the deal. Shadowed by the constant warnings and cautions resulting from on-line phishing ploys, scams and frauds one cannot be too sure of the unseen and unknown financial Agents and Brokers We encounter on our cell phone. In light of this reality along with these uncertain times and circumstances Judge and Caprice worked very well together. They exemplified team work and communication with each other and with me in order to gather needed paperwork, to prepare and submit the package in a timely way. Each patiently listened to and answered the many questions and clarifications I flooded them with and needed to have addressed in order to feel confident. The unfortunate situation resulting from the Mid-western and Eastern natural disasters caused a delay of the funding but Judge and Caprice rose to the challenge! All has ended well. Thank you both very much. Anita La Roche, RN

had a wonderful experience with this company

We did a refi with Cheerlending and the experience was very easy. We were guided through the whole process painlessly! The professionalism of Kristin and Patrick was impeccable! Thank you!

This was the best refinancing program we've ever been through. Claudia and Caprise of Cheerlending were so knowledgeable and helpful and responded to our needs very quickly.

We just refinanced our mortgage and Will and Justin at Cheerlending made it simple and rewarding. They asked for a limited number of paperwork and produced a low interest rate. We shopped around and our current mortgage company admitted they could not beat this price and rate. We had plenty of contact from them so we were not having to track them down throughout the process to find out what was going on and the process went quickly. We are totally satisfied customers.

My experience with Cheerlending was a very painless experience compared to Chase. There was the apparently one loan advisor that was higher up in the process that didn't approve of something that had been approved before and that required a different document. Other than that one hiccup everything went very smoothly. Kristen and Marina were very knowledgeable and always answered every question that I asked. They were very professional but very personable at the same time. Made you feel very wanted as a customer.
