Cheerlending, has helped me refinance twice, first time was to buy a toy, second was because my roof blew off, they did their do diligence, very impressive, I never give anyone a perfect score, I will refer and use again. Good job CheerLending

Excellent Customer Service. Very helpful agents, questions answered in a concise way. Knowledgeable and personable. would recommend Claudia and Patrick to anyone looking to refinance. Thank you,

Judge & Caprise took care of my application whom from the start I felt their sincere accomodation. They're professionally friendly and truly know their craft, regularly they updated me the status of my application until the final stage. I was no longer interested to refinance after being denied by my lender for over 25 years until I talked to Judge who evaluated my Financial capacity with our fixed income & pursued. I am grateful  I called your company and found people who are truly knowledgeable and honestly helpful.

Kristin and Patrick worked tirelessly with me throughout the entire refi process....Their professionalism and attention to detail was above and beyond my expectations. They worked with me during some hick-ups and set backs on my end of the process , never giving up ,and we we're able to complete and close the refinance quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Cheer Lending to anyone that is looking to refinance ,and i look forward to working with them again in the future

I refinanced TWO houses with Cheerlending and it could not have been easier!! I don't think I have ever left a review on social media but the personal customer service we received from Nate and Justin from CheerLending deserves this 5 stars! I reached out to 2 different places and was dissappointed with misinformation. Nate was the first person I spoke to at CheerLending and he was confident he could do it and I seriously thought it was too good to be true. He and Justin worked together to make sure we had all the information we needed and knew what step our loan was in during the simple/quick process. We reduced our monthly payments and secured a lower interest rate. I highly recommend calling them to see what they can do for you.

Had a great experience with the team from CheerLending! Kristin and Jessica worked on two refinances simultaneously, worked to get the best rates, and had them close within a week of each other, saving me thousands in interest! As of April 2021, I’ve completed 3 refinances on properties within Cheerleading and have been happy with all them. Kristin and Patrick completed this last one and gave me a variety of options and were on point with their details. Would definitely recommend and use again in any future lending needs!

This is our first experience working with an amazing Mortgage Company - Cheer Lending. We got to know this company from KTVU2 and we called them after we got really frustrated with another mortgage company that was waiting for our refinancing application and it took a long time to complete (over 3 months) because I was self-employed. Our first call spoke to Judge on March 3, 2021 and he is a very helpful and very kind person, he asked for all the documents and just a few days he sent us documents to lock the refinance rate. Then Justin helped us with a very patient and very kind person too, he called every week to follow up on what other documents they needed to submit to the lender and only for 4 weeks we were approved and done. They really work very professional and humor too, if this review has 10 stars, we would like to give them 10 stars. We thank God that He sends us good people because we always ask Him in our prayers every day. We would like to recommend this company to our relatives and friends. Cheers

It was effortless to work with Cheerlending. Marina & Judge walked me thru all steps and answering all questions in a timely manner. My loan went thru in record time! Thanks for a great experience!
